Summer apartment - with a view of the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

One of our guests described the remise as a “Tiny House with antiques.” Surrounded by old trees is the former remise, adjacent to our 140-year-old villa in the beautiful Übersee am Chiemsee. The stylish small duplex, furnished with antique furniture and pictures, accommodates two people.

The single room Gederer is located on the 2nd floor. It was completely renovated and furnished in 2004. It is equipped with SATELLITE TV. In the room there is a hairdryer, kettle and small set of dishes so you can prepare a small bread time yourself.
