We loved the villa. It was private and had an incredible setting. Ivan was very responsive and incredibly helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities. The only issue we had was finding the unit when we arrived. It was a little confusing at first to find our way to the villa.

This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Lorenzo en Cristina zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Het sfeervolle huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs voor de inwendige mens is heel goed gezorgd. De bus bij het ziekenhuis is heel gemakkelijk om snel naar en van het centrum te komen, kortom dit is een ideale plek om Firenze te verkennen. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad!

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

Such a beautiful spot to explore the beautiful scenery and villages of Tuscany

Great base to explore Florence with all the amenities you need. We really appreciated all the coffee pods! Matteo was an excellent host, accommodating an early check in and booking us a taxi. The house is a 20 minute walk into the tourist spots, which is further than you think in the Summer heat! Recommend eating/drinking in the local bars rather than across the river, it’s a great neighbourhood. Santarosa Bistrot and Piazza Santo Spirito were our favourites. Highly recommend!

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing week in the villa. Even if hou have other people living there, you feel so calm and free. There is a designated spot for each appartements to eat so you can enjoy good time outside. The site is so clean and we ser that the host take good care of everything. We had a lot of recommandations to discover te surroundings and the host was so easy to reach when we needed. All the commodities were there, the appartement is well equiped. I strongly suggest to rent a car, it’s the easiest way to enjoy your stay there. I surely recommand this place and I would go back again.

If Lorenzo's place is available, just book it. You couldn't be more centrally located. Everything in Florence is walking distance from the unit. The view of the Duomo from the main room is stunning. The stairs can be a little tough if you have heavy luggage but the elevator helps a lot. The air conditioning in the unit is also top notch. It was very hot during our stay and walking back in to the cold unit felt great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

You get what you pay for—and more. This modern Italian-designed apartment in Florence was outstanding. The view of the Ponte Vecchio from the balcony was truly breathtaking, and the sleek, high-end furnishings made the space feel like a luxurious private retreat. The location couldn’t be better—central, elegant, and within walking distance to everything. Even when we couldn’t get a taxi to the train station, we were fortunate the walk was only about 15 minutes. The host did her very best to help, and we truly appreciated her effort. Highly recommended for a stylish, comfortable, and unforgettable stay in Florence.

Alessandro's apartment was absolutely fantastic - clean, well equipped, quiet and so close to all the amenities. Pasquale - Alessandro's brother-in-law - met us at the apartment to check us in personally. He was thorough in going over all the amenities in the apartment and was kind enough to stock the refrigerator with both still and sparkling water as well as a bottle of prosecco. There were also Nespresso pods and tea provided which we took advantage of along with cornetos and sfogliatella purchased from Madeleine and Gino's Bakery - both within minutes of the apartment. Also so convenient to have an extensive supermarket as well as an awesome gelataria just below the apartment. Pasquale also sent over restaurant recommendations and was kind enough to book a taxi for our departure. Alessandro's apartment is a definite 5 star property that comes with 5 star service from both himself and Pasquale. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Florence!

It's a really nice house. It's spacious, clean and everything is in place. It is comfortable and quiet because there are all tourist attractions one stop away. The nearby mart was also very good. The host is also very kind. I had a great time in Florence thanks to you.

STUNNING apartment with view of the Duomo. Could not have been a more perfect location - central to all the main sites and train station. Alessandro was very responsive/clear with instructions and gave many recommendations for what to do in the city, and was even so kind to leave wine and snacks on arrival. Our favorite place we stayed during our 2 week trip to Italy! Would stay here again if we ever return to Florence 🩷

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti in occasione del Firenze Rocks. L'appartamento è ben arredato e pulito e c'è l'occorrente per cucinare. Federico e Martina sono stati gentilissimi a fornirci tutte le indicazioni e velocissimi nelle risposte. Consigliato perché è appena fuori dalla città e a due passi dalla fermata del tram.

Tant de choses à dire. Un logement impeccable et très jolie. Idéalement situé pour profiter de Florence que ce soit à pied ou en transport en commun. A moins de 5 min à pied du logement une pharmacie et un café qui fait d'excellente glace, de bonne pâtisserie italienne... Silvia est une hôte vraiment réactive et très disponible. Tout ce qui est dit dans l'annonce est vrai, mais c'est encore mieux en vrai.

The place was spotless. Even though the place is outside of Florenence downtown, it was very easy to visit the downtown with public transportation. The availability of parking space is plus. I highly recommend the place.

We absolutely loved Filippo's place during our stay in Firenze. It is about 10 KMs away from the city center but with the buses and 15 min of walking we had no issues going and coming back from the city. I suggest you try the local restaurants for the food as well as we had the chance to experience a true Tuscan dinner while overlooking the city at sunset. It is peaceful and quiet. I do however suggest you to bring bug repellent as the mosquites were ruthless in the garden area.
