El Tossal - Rural Accommodation

The Tossal Spacious, airy, very bright, Loft style with wooden floors and ceilings and stone walls, with dining room living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with whirlpool tub (jacuzzi) at the foot of the bed and bathroom wc, etc. is for your exclusive use.. Nice house in a rural village

The Replaceta house is the house where I grew up. It was an old grocery store and tavern, the only one that existed in the small town of 300 inhabitants where the house is located. It is a house with history and has been rehabilitated with a lot of love and effort trying to maintain the charm of the town houses in the area. The ground floor is fully accessible for people with mobility problems, it has no architectural barriers.

The building is an old construction for agricultural and livestock uses from the year 1887, within the best and most extensive Valencian forest mass. The building complex consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic. All rooms enjoy beautiful views of the natural surroundings, culminating in the “Órganos de Benitandús”.
