We have the Country Park and golf course as our back garden and Lullingstone Roman Villa and Castle as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Private access, parking on drive and private, secure garden. One bedroom, bathroom, lounge with reclining leather sofa, smart TV, DVD player and fully equipped kitchen.

Easy car access to Historic Rochester Castle and Cathedral.

The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Enjoy riverside walks and relaxing on the decking in the private garden. This apartment has everything you would need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay including free parking. Five min walk to Grays Town & Station. C2C Line gives easy access to Central London and the underground transport system. Lakeside Shopping & Leisure Park is a 7 min drive. This is a quite residential area. If you are looking to play loud music and party this is not the apartment for you.

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!
