Perfection! Allison and her husband have created the Perfect tiny home that I called home for about a week. I loved every minute of my time in this sweet, tiny cottage with perfect surroundings! Set in a forest of native trees and foliage, close to 30a's one beach road and the public access to the beach at the end of their street made for a perfect location! Quiet, serene and the ability to get just about anywhere along 30a made for a very pleasant and perfect location. You can walk to the beach or Seaside near by or hop in the car and head out for any location you desire! Beautifully decorated and supplied with just about anything you would need to cook or enjoy staying in were also appreciated. It was fun seeing their children enjoy the escape that has been created for their home and Air venture by their parents! I would definitely return for a 2nd stay at this tiny home again and again...

The place was clean and provided the amenities listed. It was a 8 minute drive to the beach and near great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing time in FL! Thank you for hosting us!

We absolutely loved our stay at Steve’s cozy little camper! Tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, the location felt peaceful and secluded, yet it was still super convenient to Seagrove/Seaside, and all the fun along 30A. It’s just up the road from a public beach access, but we especially recommend checking out the Eastern Lake Beach access. It was much less crowded and perfect for families. The camper itself was adorable and just right for me, my husband, and our 6 and 8 year old kids. After full days of beach time and exploring, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We also rented a golf cart from Steve, which made getting to the beach and local restaurants super easy and fun. Bonus tip: if you’re traveling with kids, definitely bring a s’mores kit! It added a sweet touch to our evenings and made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We came to town for a fishing weekend and the home was perfect. Kristin's communication in the lead up and throughout our stay was friendly, informative and provided a very warm sense of hospitality. Pleasant music was playing as we arrived, which made for a great kick off to the weekend. The house was decorated very well and immaculate. It was even better than advertised! Would highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.
