Amazing Stay!!! The pool was the best, had lots of sunlight. Had all the amenities you need for a family vacation, kids loves the bunk beds and loft area. The Internet was very spotty only in the evening but other than that everything was great. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon

This is the coolest house to stay in! Just like the pictures and everything you need is there. In 3 minutes you can have toes in the sand at the beach. Also do yourself a favor and eat the crab cakes at the Red Bar. Mark is a great host and we will try to stay here again for our next beach trip!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway! We had the most incredible stay at this beach vacation home! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the clean, beautifully decorated space and the stunning ocean views right from the living room and deck. The house had everything we needed—comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and even beach chairs and toys for the kids. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We spent our mornings watching the sunrise with coffee on the porch, our days relaxing by the water, and our evenings grilling and enjoying the sea breeze. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, with thoughtful touches throughout the home that made us feel right at home. This place is a gem—we’re already planning our next visit! Highly, highly recommend! 🌊🏖️

Overall, this house made for a terrific vacation spot for my family and me. It was easy to walk to the beach and to local restaurants. In addition, our host was terrific. We had one minor issue beyond his control, and he was proactive and went above and beyond to make things right and ensure our vacation was on track. We would absolutely recommend this house to those looking for a great 30A vacation and would happily stay again. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

My family and I had a great stay, everything was clean perfect layout in the house, perfect amount of toys in the house and for the pool for the kids! It was clean smelled brand new and Josh was SO responsive. We are so grateful- close to rosemary beach and the infamous 30a. 😍❤️

We had a great time here! The place was very spacious and clean. Tracey was very communicative and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. You are in a short driving distance to anything along 30A.

This home was the perfect getaway for my family’s beach trip! We loved that it was right off 30A and close to the beach. There were great restaurants nearby as well. Ali provided great communication and was very helpful when we had questions. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our family loved our getaway at Current Situation. Plenty of room for everyone. The golf cart was a must for getting to the beach.

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

Great stay with my family and had a pack and play for our baby to sleep in.

Beautiful pool. It’s the perfect size. Mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials and then some to make our favorite meals. Golf cart was a nice touch.

We loved staying at this beach house. It's beautiful and in a great location to a lot of the shops and restaurants we love. The beach was so close too! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. Teresa and Darren were very responsive and accommodating when it came to things like check-in and checkout and addressing anything we needed help with. The house is in a great location, walkable to beach access and restaurants - but having the golf cart was an extremely welcome added bonus that made hopping from point to point super easy. The house was very clean and well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the pool/backyard area was ideal. Having the grill be on a natural gas hookup was super convenient, we never had to worry about propane or charcoal - very much appreciated. This property is a wonderful place for a small group or family to enjoy Santa Rosa Beach. I would not hesitate to stay again!

We’re newbies to Airbnb… after staying at Lexi and Judds aBnb im so glad we chose not to stay at a hotel! The home was clean, comfortable, spacious and we felt we had everything we needed! great location to some great restaurants and it felt great to walk back into the house and feel at home and relaxed after a fun filled day! Just want to share that I’m a lot ocd and I felt very comfortable and my only complaint is… zilch! We can’t wait to return and hope that the house will be available when we want to visit the area again! Just know that if you book this house, you will not want to leave!

We had a wonderful first 30A stay, first time with our two corgis too. The property was absolutely stunning, great layout, we stayed upstairs in a bedroom next to the kids room where our 4year old slept - he had the best time playing pirates on the bunk bed. The downstairs master was also clean and very peaceful, the closet had dog crates ready for use, so we kept our doggies there during our outings and nights. It was such a calming space they settled right in. The property is on the end of a road, a kind of a cul de sac, so I found it more private with having another house only on one side. The community pool is less than 50ft away, and the new looking golf cart takes you to the opposite end of the community where you find your private beach access. Stunning views from the beach staircase!! We rented bikes and had brunches at nearby restaurants, Rosemary beach is such a picturesque place with great dinner options, Big Chill a cool hangout. We will be back next year!!

This house is very well kept, clean and had all the extras and amenities needed. From an air fryer, blender, and everything you need for the kitchen. To bikes, and all the beach gear you would need as well. The location of this house is great and is walking distance to most everything you would need. Then with the bikes, you can get everywhere else you might need. Plus they were amazing to have to ride to the beach each day! Being able to bike to numerous Inlet Beach public entries was really helpful. This helped us avoid the private beach drama at other locations completely. Having the screened in porch and being right by the neighborhood pool were an added nice plus. Our family had a great vacation here and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in 30A. The location is excellent, right next to the beach with public access just steps away. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing visit. The home was well stocked with essentials like towels, a full propane tank, and working appliances. The golf cart was filled with gas and runs up to 25 MPH. The bikes looked good and were appreciated. Beds were soft, bathrooms were clean, and the provided amenities were thoughtful. A few small things to keep in mind. The spiral stairs to the second floor were a bit tricky to navigate, so we had to watch our footing. Some of the doorknobs were stiff, possibly from rust. Water in the bathrooms drained slowly at times. If you are bringing pets, note that the grass has some thorns. Overall, a solid place to stay with a great location. We will definitely book with 30A beach girls again!

This home was beautiful inside and out! And the golf cart was an awesome plus. This home was stocked with everything, for everyday use! Everything was close, from the beach to restaurants etc. the location was perfect. Our family and I certainly had a great time. The pictures listed don’t do its justice. It is a beautiful home. Scott and Sarah did an awesome job at hosting us! Definitely recommend.

I want our family vacation to be something that each one of us will always remember. We definitely had the best time ever! ❤️ It was worth the investment in our time and money! The house is up-to-date and beautifully decorated. It’s also very comfortable, exciting and felt very blessed to be a part of. When planning your vacation, carefully look at all the pictures and read the descriptions. You will not be disappointed. You will get everything as promised plus some. It’s just a few steps to the beach, so you will go several times throughout the day. Most amazing view ever. Did not plan on doing a cookout, but could not resist trying out the grill. The large Patio overlooks the ocean and beach. Patio furniture is very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. No need to go grocery shopping. Used Publix twice and it was delivered less than an hour or so. No worries about entertaining everyone. The house and the area provides something for everyone! an hour or so. tak

We loved the beach access this home provided for our stay. Nice patio that was perfect for our family of four and our dog to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. The beach is not dog friendly but we were able to take him on walks around the neighborhood across the street. Each bedroom having access to its own bathroom was a huge plus and we loved hanging out in the family room together watching movies in the evenings. The kitchen had enough supplies for the cooking we did. We would definitely stay here again.
