Beachfront holiday rental in Grayton Beach

Beautiful house and location was great for biking to beach and the Big Chill. Honestly, everything was fabulous. We needed cookie sheets and they were delivered ASAP. My only recommendation would be a binder with all of the checkin in and out information, bike rental, restaurants, etc. We biked to the Walton Dunes access. You can ride you bike, park it and the beach is right there. If you go to the State Park, you have quite the walk. We didn't use the pools but they looked great. I was traveling with two teens and the pool population was mostly the younger kids. No biggie.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location—just a short walk to the beach. Having a Dollar General right next door was super clutch for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot to pack. Would definitely stay again!

We have been using AirBnB for several years to book our vacations and this year was by far the most enjoyable experience. The house, pool, neighborhood and proximity to the ocean were all on point and made the stay one of the more memorable ones, and is the first time we would like to return for an annual vacation. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities to make a stay with 4 young boys most enjoyable. Whenever my wife needed to communicate with the property managers, responses were professional and courteous within minutes. Thank you!!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar! The location cannot be beat--right on the ocean and within walking distance to a lot of things. The chair and umbrella service included makes things super convenient. I recommend this!!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

“This trip was all about catching up with old friends, and this Airbnb made it unforgettable. We had game nights, home-cooked dinners, and plenty of beach time. We had the BEST girls’ weekend in Destin, and this Airbnb was a huge part of that. Super cute decor, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is unbeatable—literally a quiet location,Beautiful ocean views,2-minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. The beach was right across the street, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. Kathryn is so kind and responsive! Her place is beautiful, very clean, and in a great area. We loved it! You are so close to many great restaurants and shops. A quick ride or decent walk to it all! We loved checking out all the local coffee shops in the area and being able to walk just a few steps to the beach. The stairs down to the beach are…fun..with a beach wagon haha, but not unmanageable. The beach and area around is quiet and very family friendly! We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Salty Blonde! We loved the location in Santa Rosa- it’s not as crowded as some of the nearby towns, but still drivable to some of the attractions we wanted to go to. The beautiful beach was such a quick and easy walk! The location of this condo in Gulf Place really couldn’t have been better. The Airbnb was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Everything was well thought out. Roger was a great host- with great instructions, recommendations, and very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend the Salty Blonde!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Seaside! Joey was very kind and gave us clear communication during our weekend trip. Everything was clean and comfy! The beach chairs and umbrella were extremely nice and convenient. You can’t beat the walk across the street to the beach, that was our favorite part! We definitely will be coming back soon!

We had the best stay at Aaron’s condo. It was beautiful, clean, in the best spot on the beach, and came with so many unexpected extras like beach toys, boogie boards, ice packs, back pack cooler, laundry detergent, & more! The mattress was so comfortable! We will be booking here again for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

My family really enjoyed our time in Miramar Beach. The condo was on the 10th floor in the Majestic Sun Building A. It’s walking distance to the beach right across the road and it’s a beautiful beach with great swimming. Shallow for the kids. Beach service is available for $50 a day for 2 chairs and umbrella. The condo comes stocked with chairs and kids beach toys if you want to just setup your own spot. Pompano Joe’s is about a mile down the road and I highly suggest it for seafood dinner with a beach view and great drinks. The resort has a nice pool with an indoor and an outdoor area and hot tubs closes at 10pm nightly. Parking is easy in the club Wyndham garage right next door. There’s a little ice cream shop, chocolatier in the resort for late night snacks. The beach is great for a late night walk or for the kids to hunt sand crabs in the evening. The views of the Gulf from the condo are top tier. We will for sure be back in the future.

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

Great location, very clean and Ernie was super responsive and checked in to make sure everything was good.

We had a 5 day stay at Herron House and it could not have been more wonderful. The house is charming, cozy, pristine and well laid out. Ann has done a great job with communications and was very responsive to answering questions and addressing a few minor things that came up. The house setting is quiet and peaceful and well appointed. Make sure you sit out on the dock for morning coffee or late afternoon beverages. Oh, and try out the paddle boards and hit the beach, which is about a 10-12 minute walk on quiet streets with lovely homes to see. The beaches??? Spectacular, very wide and wonderful sand. Restaurants are close by and having the golf cart to use makes that easy to manage. We will go back to Seaside...a great experience! Thanks Ann!

Matt was fabulous at communicating. The place was perfect for what we needed. The back porch was a great view of the pool and landscaped so nice with flowers! The deck was stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbees, and even a kite! We did have a small issue with the Google nest not wanting to stay on which kept the AC from cooling. But Matt called me late and was even willing to send out emergency hvac! Other than that, perfection! Even a great coffee shop right next door and public beach access directly across the street so we didn’t even have to leave the parking lot! Just carried the stuff right to the sand! I must have my morning coffee and not a kurig fan. Kurig coffee maker but no pods provided. I traveled with coffee grounds, cream and stevia though so I was very excited to find a pour over and kettle with a metal filter instead of just the kurig machine! Made the morning coffee walk perfect!

Our stay was great! Steps from beach access and beautiful accommodations. Grayton Beach is a busy place! Lots of life and excitement around. Everyone was friendly and the beach was beautiful!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four nights stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was so great to walk out the back of the home directly onto the beach. The house was clean, well decorated and just the right size for the two of us. Jeff was a perfect host. If I had a question, he responded with in less than a minute!

We just got home from our stay at blue tide 5A and keep saying what an amazing vacation it was. The place was right on the water and the views were so amazing. We honestly barely left the condo/beach cause of how private and peaceful it was. It was the perfect first family vacation for my husband and I and our 6 month old daughter. We hope to visit again soon!

Great place! Will absolutely be staying again! Right across from the beach, was such an easy walk! Probably a minute walk to the beach. Perfect for just my husband and I.
