We felt very comfortable. The apartment is really very central. The road where it is located is not so busy. We had always found a parking spot nearby. We didn't hear about traffic in the apartment. It was very quiet in the attic apartment. The key handover was uncomplicated via the very nice, helpful neighbors. It is a cozy townhouse with high rooms, partly exposed half-timbered and some creaky floor suitable for the age of the house. We particularly liked the bathroom. It's special to take a shower in an old sitting bath. It takes a moment to "mix" the right water temperature. But I thoroughly enjoyed it. The view from the small skylight falls directly into the sky. Simply cozy : ) Thank you for the hospitality. We felt very comfortable in this cozy city apartment in ❤ Graz

The hostess was very helpful and attentive. The apartment was impeccable, the house was beautiful as in the description, the garden was a dream. Those who stay there will surely feel comfortable and connected to nature. I can only recommend it to other people. That's the least I can do

The apartment consists of the ground floor of an older cottage. This is very original with everything you need for a short stay, including stove, refrigerator and dishwasher if you want to eat there. The description and photos give a very good impression. The bed is quite new and very comfortable and above all sufficiently large (1.80 m). The cleanliness is impeccable. Communication with David was just right, we always knew everything we needed. We didn't get any advice because we had been to Graz many times, but that would have been possible. Summary: We liked it there very much and will come back, recommended!

A good location and close to the center. The only criticism is that there is no wifi. This should actually be everywhere, as people are also on the road in business and from non-European countries that rely on an internet connection. Otherwise everything is great for this price.

Magical! Were there almost a whole week, and I have to say it's a little piece of heaven on earth. Not only are the rooms clean and comfortable, but EVERYTHING ALL around, from the pond to the forest and back. Ernst is a very nice and accommodating host, explained and showed us everything (with a little bit of humor ;) ) The Café Ebner with super nice staff and delicious cakes is also highly recommended. We are happy to come back and definitely definitely coming back!

The house sits beautifully on the edge of the Au on a gravel pond. The area is wonderfully suitable for hikes and cycling, there is a spa in the nearby Bad Radkersburg and many other excursion destinations. We immediately felt very comfortable in the beautiful cottage. Leo and Andrea are great hosts, thank you for having us.

We had a great stay at Manuel's place. He was an incredibly caring and helpful host who went out of his way to make sure that we had a great holiday. There was so much to see and do in the local area, a week didn't do it justice. Absolutely spot on location for exploring Southern Styria. We hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect – nestled in calm, beautiful nature, it offered the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. It truly feels luxurious, especially with the stunning pool which was a highlight of our trip. Everything about the place invites you to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful, serene environment!

We were eleventh on a bachelor party at Jutta's place in May 2025. From the beginning, communication was completely problem-free and Jutta always responded immediately to our questions. The place itself was clean and perfectly as described, the outdoor area was even more generous than expected. There you can relax very well. There is also possibility to grill there. Even the charcoal was provided for a small extra charge. The property is perfect for large groups, as there are enough separate bedrooms but also a large common area. The kitchen is very large and has all you need. There is also a bar area with TV that invites you to linger. Even if you are a little louder, it is not at all a problem because the nearest neighbors live further away. There are also plenty of parking spaces in front of the property. In any case, we fully recommend the place!
