This room is not adjacent to another bedroom, so the room is rather undisturbed. The 90 m², cozy apartment still offers a modern kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. All destinations of the city can be reached in a short time.

In front of it is a large terrace where you will see the flowing mill corridor and are surrounded by a lot of nature. It is about 700 m to the public bus to the city center, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the accommodation.
