The vacation home is divided into three separately divided apartments, each of which has a bathroom, toilet, air conditioning, kitchen, terrace, a separate entrance and access to the pool. The apartments can be rented individually, or the whole house. In this listing, the entire property of 180 m² is rented for a maximum of 10 people. Completed in 2020, the Schilcher residence offers modern comfort for up to 8 guests and an incomparable distant view on approx. 150 square meters of living space. 2 terraces and 1 balcony are additionally available, in the basement with direct access to the garden. Amenities such as a tiled stove with panoramic windows, a barbecue on the terrace or spacious outdoor lounge furniture allow our guests a pleasant stay.

In the Südsteiermark Nature Park with a fantastic view of gently hilly landscapes of the Kitzeck-Sausal wine-growing region, these 2 chalets are located, which leave nothing to be desired. The modern wooden houses are designed as timelessly elegant basement floors, respectfully embedded in the landscape space, creating a smooth transition between nature and interior. This unique home has a style of its own.

The accommodation is located in Stainz in the Schilcherland region and has capacity for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, a new kitchen with large dining area, as well as a cozy living room offer pure luxury. You can relax either in the in-house natural swimming pond, the large garden, hot tub, conservatory, balcony and terrace. Goddie: Audi A5 convertible can be rented!!!
