Enjoy a cool beer, have a nice barbecue, relax on the big green balcony after a long, active day in Graz. You will both find sun and shade. Prepare a great meal in the brand new noble and at its best equipped kitchen. I am ready to help you out and give you hints during your stay in Graz.

Close to city center and train station: cozy room

Between the city center and the main train station (both within walking distance) in a central location is the bright room with a single bed and, when booking a second person, an additional, upholstered folding bed, as well as modern cabinets. This room is not adjacent to another bedroom, so the room is rather undisturbed. The 90 m² cozy apartment still offers a modern kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. All destinations in the city can be reached in a short time.

The studio is located in the heart of Graz, on the idyllic bank of the Mur River and only a short walk from the Kunsthaus. The cozy apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the hip artists' district of Lend with its countless cool restaurants or the old town on the other side of the river, and then to retreat back to the quiet atmosphere of the old building. When we are there, we use a room as a studio where we usually sew or knit.

Small feel-good wooden house

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path for exercise? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you can see the flowing mill and are surrounded by lots of nature. The public bus to downtown is about 700 m away, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.

Fully equipped kitchen, toilet, heating (preheated on request) & air conditioning. In the workshop you have access to shower & toilet. Refrigerated drinks & snacks and a parking space.
