Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Great Barrier Reef

A delightful surprise! The amenities, stunning views, and tranquil surroundings offered everything we could hope for in a perfect retreat!

Absolutely loved our 10 days at ‘Frangipani House’. We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s & this one beats them all. Think absolute beachfront, amazing ocean views, private, coconut palms, gorgeous decor, heated pool, tropical garden, proximity to both world heritage listed Daintree rainforest & fabulous restaurants in Port Douglas.

We spent 7 beautiful place in Kim’s home. We were so close to town and activities down at the marina. The home was spotless and beautiful. It felt like home. So much space for everyone and activities for all ages. The pool was magical over looking the marina and the water. Kim accommodated for us with our baby so well providing services to ensure our little one was looked after. We had an amazing time and will be back for sure!!!

Great place to stay, has everything you need, even supplied muffins for breakfast and condiments in the fridge. Perry even explained the parking to keep our cars safe. Thankyou Perry and Glenda for letting us in your place.

A very relaxing stay. The accommodation was excellent with great surroundings. Kaylene was especially helpful and responsive.

A great little home in an idyllic setting by Lake Tinaroo. Walking distance to the Quirky little town of Yungaburra and within driving distance to many natural wonders of FNQ which are definitely worth visiting. We had a lovely time while staying in this lovely little home enjoying many a meal on the back deck, while taking in the view and watching different wildlife pass by. The home was very clean & comfortable and our host Michelle was easily contacted providing any assistance where we needed. I highly recommend visiting the area and staying at this peaceful lakeside property. We have had a wonderful time exploring Yungaburra and many iconic tourist destinations in the surrounding areas, it really is a beautiful part of the country.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with this beautiful house. It was exactly what we wanted and everything we needed was available / thought of. The house has so much character but is extremely practical at the same time. It was perfect for us as a group with a small child, as we could stay in the main house and leave the others who didn’t have to get up with the sun in peace while we clanged around in the kitchen. The pool and yard are beautiful and the deck was our favourite place to spend time. We haven’t stayed anywhere where we were so comfortable! The proximity to the beach is a bonus but everywhere in Port is close by so the locations is perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

The house exterior may look like typical home but inside is filled with well equipped kitchen, play/leisure equipment & cozy comfortable living room. The house can be spilt into private 2 units which give more options for 2 families. Walking distance to lake. The nearest restaurant/grocery is 15-20 min drive away. Overall enjoyed the 3 nights stay with a family of 7.

A home away from home. An amazing place to stay. Judi and David made us feel truly at home and nothing was too much to ask. By the end of your stay they are friends rather than air bnb hosts. Everything you could ever need was in there. We would definitely visit here again.

Beautiful setting. Very peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Lovely to have the living room/kitchen separate from the bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Nice to have a supermarket walking distance away.

A massive space with everything that you need located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Kasey and Johnny were always quick to respond and it was a pleasure to stay at their beautiful place.

My husband and I agreed within the first few minutes that this was the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Super clean, private and had all the bits and pieces we needed! The price was great and it was Easter weekend so we were expecting to pay way more! Hopefully it’s available next Easter because we’ll be back!

This is a great place to stay. The balcony looks out over the main street and across to the beach. What a great spot to stop and relax. Will stay here again for sure. Thank you.

cette reservation s'est tres bien passé, mais pendant notre sejour nous sommes passés par cette agence pour reserver autre chose et nous avons fait face à un manque de professionnalisme aberrant. Des frais de ménage d'un montant de la moitié du prix du sejour annoncé en message privé après la reservation, une promesse d'annulation qui n'est jamais survenu, puis plus de reponse pendant 2j jusqu'a ce que mes amis et moi nous nous retrouvames devant le lieu (Catalina 3) sans aucune info mais une reservation valide sur une plateforme concurrente. a fuir en haute saison

Jenni was friendly and kind, made herself available if I needed anything. The space was clean and fun with lots of amenities, appliances and information available to me. The unit itself was at the back of the house so away from road noise, private and safe, whilst also being a short drive to the city centre and esplanade. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely consider returning and staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the middle of the peaceful nature. The bungalow and the kitchen outside is just great, the bed was so comfy. And our son loved the toys provided for kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous space! The home private and tranquil, situated well off the road with no neighbours to be seen or heard. It has multiple outstanding outdoor spaces including a lovely back lawn overlooking the mountains and cattle paddocks. We enjoyed long evenings with a bottle of wine around the fire pit. The indoor spaces are thoroughly thought out, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The “log home” atmosphere felt beautiful and cozy. The home was exceptionally clean and well presented. Thank you for the thoughtful addition of milk and fruit. We went in winter and it was perfect. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy winter getaway. I’m not one hundred percent sure if the home has air conditioning, so if you are travelling in summer maybe that’s something to clarify. Thank you, we would love to stay again!

We are locals who just needed a little escape and bit of romance. This place was amazing! Spotless clean, beautiful decor and layout, everything you need and then some. She really has thought of all the little things which just made our stay so much more. Our welcome treat was an absolute plus and was enjoyed by fire! Couldn't recommend more highly. Will definitely be staying again and telling our friends. x

The Billabong is a very quaint comfortable Bungalow next to beautiful Billabong, with excellent birds and surrounds. Mac and Gaynor are the ultimate hosts, supplying ample Breakfast for us and the bird life. 🐦 🐦‍⬛ 😋

If you are looking at getting away from all the noise Pete's place is a perfect spot. it's very peaceful and calm, we did the bush track that Pete mapped out it had some nice views at the top. it was a lovely getaway.

Me and my husband had an awesome stay at Marguerites, we couldn’t have asked for anything more really! The cabana had everything needed and was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The nature, wallabies, birds and noises were just beautiful. The pool relaxing and fresh. The location perfect. Marguerite was lovely and friendly. We’d love to come back one day!

One of my favourite Airbnb stays! So private and peaceful, beautiful property and house. Only a 5 minute drive into the beach but you feel like you’re on a country stay. A lot of room for dogs to run around and do their thing, we loved the outdoor bath and fire! Will absolutely be returning 😊

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Casey made check in super easy and included photos to make it easy to locate the keys. The cabin itself was immaculate, with ample linen and towels to make our stay nice and easy. It’s hard to pick one highlight, as the whole place was literally perfectly set out, but the kitchen is well worth mentioning with the perfect design and absolutely everything you need for cooking meals for ourselves of the evening. They were super kind and left a wide variety of supplies like spreads, oils, bread, butter and milk, even eggs and bacon although we didn’t get a chance to use them as we were in the village a lot of our stay. It wasn’t a downside for my 4WD and not to put any one off this wonderful place, but the driveway is quite steep, definitely worth noting if you have a small car that you might have a touch of trouble, but most cars would be fine with it honestly. I have zero complaints though, everything was perfect and so quiet! Would recommend!!
