Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Basement apartment in Vellmar near Kassel

The small, quietly located basement apartment consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed, a wardrobe, a small desk, and several dressers. There is also a living room with an open kitchen. In the living room, you’ll find a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a TV with satellite connection. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. A microwave, air fryer, fully automatic coffee machine, and electric kettle are also available. Of course, the kitchen includes sufficient dishes and basic spices. A small folding table with two chairs provides a place to eat. The small bathroom, located in the center of the apartment, features a rain shower and toilet. A hairdryer and toiletries are provided. Bed linen and towels are included. Free parking is available in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is also provided (this complimentary service is not part of the rental agreement; therefore, no guarantee can be given for connection availability or performance). Upon request, it is possible to charge an electric vehicle on-site for a fee.

Ferienwohnung am Semberg

Die kleine ca 35 m2 große Wohnung im schönen Wallfahrtsort Kleinenberg (Kreis Paderborn) ist barrierefrei, mit Duschbad und kleiner Küche. Der Garten mit Spielgeräten (Tischtennis, Schaukel, Trampolin...) steht unseren Feriengästen zur Verfügung. Hier zwischen Eggegebirge und Teutoburger Wald, gibt es viele schöne Wander- und Radwege. Das Schwimmbad ist 7km entfernt. Nach Paderborn sind es 20min und Kassel 40min mit dem Auto. Es fährt mehrmals am Tag ein Schnellbus Ri Warburg und Paderborn.

Sie ist neu, so gut wie unbenutzt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet & zentral zwischen den beiden Bahnhöfen und dem Stadtzentrum gelegen. Du bist in kürzester Zeit bei der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, in der Innenstadt, im Auepark oder in der belebten Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Der Ausblick vom Balkon über die Baumkronen Kassels auf den Herkules wird dich staunen lassen :)

Das Bad lädt mit einer großzügigen Dusche und modernem Design zum Verweilen ein. Im Schlafzimmer wartet ein Doppelbett (1,6m x 2,0m) auf Sie. Die Recamiere lässt sich auch als zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit nutzen.

Zentral gelegen zwischen Harz und Weser, Göttingen und Solling, ideal zum Wandern, Fahrrad- oder Motorradfahren oder einfach mal auf der Terrasse entspannen und den Blick auf den Teich genießen. Wohnen im alten Dorfkern mit gemütlicher Fachwerkatmosphäre, Holzfußböden und Holzdecken. Für Selbstversorger gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Für alle anderen ist im Ort ein Bäcker/Kaffee und ein Restaurant verfügbar.

The spacious 80 m² apartment with 2 to 7 beds in our lovingly renovated half-timbered house above the rooftops of Ziegenhagen invites you to linger and relax. On the balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the forests. The imposing half-timbered house accommodates 12 nice people in 3 generations for many good conversations. Likewise, my catering, from which you can also have a delicious meal from time to time. In our foyer there is a library for lounging on cozy sofas.

Looking for relaxation in nature? Then come to us! Our 40 sqm apartment with direct views of the countryside has a living room, bedroom and bathroom as well as a coffee corner (no kitchen). Outside there are additional seats and a grill incl. charcoal for you. If it needs to be bigger, we will provide you with our fire pit. Bicycles and children's vehicles, there is plenty of fun and real vacation flair. Dogs are welcome (please specify when booking).

Die Fähre liegt nur 3 Fußminuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, als auch idyllische Natur findet man direkt vor der Haustür. Nach Rücksprache stehen auch Babybett, Hochstuhl und Waschmaschine/Trockner zur Verfügung.

Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
