Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The large bed (160 x 200 cm) is separated by the room layout; shower room. Important information The apartment is on the 2nd floor, the upper stairs are steep. The bed is under a sloping roof. No pets, non-smokers only, no parties.

In the main house, there is a bathroom. A beautiful hall with a piano, library and 12 nice people for so many good conversations. Wi-Fi, parking. Also 2 guest rooms & 2 apartments.

We offer a quietly situated apartment in Vellmar near Kassel. The approximately 45 square meter non-smoking apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of 1 bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and 1 living room with integrated kitchen and pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The bathroom is in the middle of the apartment. The center of Kassel is 5 km away. The Regiotram and tram stop are within walking distance and you are at Kassel main station (RT) in 8 minutes.

The large kitchen/living room is the center of your self-contained apartment. The small table in the dormer window is also suitable as a mini office. Hi, We rent our 1-room apartment (about 40 m²). It has a kitchenette with oven, microwave, coffee capsule machine and a large separate refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a separate urinal. From the cozy couch you can watch Netflix/Amazon Prime on the 55-inch TV, or watch movies from the collection via the projector, or play on the PS3. In addition to a foosball table, various board games are available.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

We are a young family and offer you a lovingly furnished apartment in the district of Kassel – designed according to the motto "As for myself". The apartment includes a 20 m², partially covered terrace and a garden. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: from spices and board games to washing machines, fly screens and care products.
