The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa corner (sofa bed) with a large color TV. The bathroom is equipped with shower/toilet. Hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels/linens are provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.4 x 2.0 m). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and wheels are available.

Inmitten der malerischen holsteinischen Schweiz, zwischen einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung. SUP-Touren, Fahrrad fahren, wandern oder spazieren gehen, Kanu fahren und noch vieles mehr ist direkt vor der Tür möglich. Die Entfernung zum Marktplatz in Eutin beträgt ca.2,5 km.

Herzlich willkommen an der Ostsee! Bei dieser Wohnung handelt es sich um die gesamte untere Etage eines Einfamilienhauses. Hier findet ihr alles, was ihr für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Garten mit Terrasse, Wiese, Teich und Carport steht euch ganz allein zur Verfügung. Da muss es nicht immer der Strand sein, der aber nur 500 m entfernt ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Gern könnt ihr auch euren Hund mitbringen, das Grundstück ist eingezäunt.

Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Die hellen Räume sind einladend, Südterrasse (60m²) mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen sowie ein kleiner Garten runden das Angebot ab. Bettmaße (cm) 180x200 u. 160x200. Surrounded by the idyllic Holstein Switzerland and a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the idyllic surroundings. It is about 20 minutes by car to the Baltic Sea. Lübeck, Kiel and HH are easily accessible. Parking in front of the house is possible.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Bad Malente-Gremsmühlen in der schönen Holsteinischen Schweiz nur 200 Meter vom Dieksee und der Diekseepromenade entfernt. Hier könnt ihr - ob als Paar oder auch alleine - sowohl die idyllische umgebende Natur als auch vielfältige Freizeitaktivitäten genießen und euch vom Alltag erholen. Die Landeshauptstadt Kiel und die historische Stadt Lübeck sind einen Ausflug wert. Bis zur Ostsee sind es 25 Minuten.

The apartment is 50 sqm and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). It has a large living room with separate sleeping area with 180 x 200 bed and window to the courtyard as well as a nice kitchen area with seating area and a bathroom with 90 x 90 shower. There is another extra bedroom with a 90 x 200 bed and in the courtyard there is a shed for the bikes.
