Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Garden happiness and country love await you at Regine's beautiful thatched cottage in the village of Bellin. Nature lovers are welcome and will feel comfortable here. Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Hello and welcome to our cozy shabby-chic apartment, located in the middle of the beautiful Plöner Lake District. Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. Here you can - whether as a couple or alone - enjoy the idyllic surrounding nature as well as a variety of leisure activities and relax from everyday life. The state capital of Kiel and the historic city of Lübeck are worth a trip. The Baltic Sea is 25 minutes away.
