Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. The apartment is 50 sqm and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). It has a large living room with separate sleeping area with 180 x 200 bed and window to the courtyard as well as a nice kitchen area with seating area and a bathroom with 90 x 90 shower. There is another extra bedroom with a 90 x 200 bed and in the courtyard there is a shed for the bikes.
