The house was lovely, spacious, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Our hosts were thoughtful in the amenities included and we had everything we needed and plenty we hadn't even thought of! I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note: this is an older house (though it doesn't look like it inside) and the hardwood floors were incredibly squeaky. If you are sensitive to such things, this might not be the place for you. After a couple hours, I just felt it added to the charm and was not a deal breaker in the slightest!

Wonderful stay at the Happy Place Hideaway, it had everything we could possibly need. Great location for easy and beautiful drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Loveland is just the cutest town. Highly recommend!!

The description of her listing accurately reflects the home, which is located in a nice area and is very convenient for our visits, making commuting easy. As long as her listing is available, we will continue to stay there.

Excellent stay in a nicely redone and very clean craftsman cottage on a quiet tree-lined street. Easy to get to anywhere in Loveland. Two comfortable bedrooms, a good-sized kitchen, great laundry room … and a nice dining/living room area. There’s a train track behind the backyard, but the train only goes by in mid-morning and we honestly barely heard it. Super communications with Anthony.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

My fiancé, our dog, and I stayed with Tracee for roughly a month and a half. Tracee is an incredibly quick to respond and accommodating host. Our AC unit had been leaking, and she immediately offered us their personal one from the upstairs living space. She always responded quickly to any queries we had. The apartment was relatively quiet as long as people weren’t getting too active upstairs. I felt we had a genuine sense of privacy during our stay. If you’re working from home, I do warn that the wifi tends to be quite slow, especially for any larger downloads. The apartment stays relatively cool during the day, even without the AC running. Overall, our stay was great, and I’d highly recommend this location for an extended stay or visit to the FoCo area.

Stayed at Raquel’s place for a month during a work trip at CSU. The place is separated from the main house remaining private and quiet. Holly met me at the property and made me feel very welcome and recommended some local places to eat. Raquel kindly bought me some items for my stay which was a really lovely touch. The space is very comfortable and clean with everything and more during my stay. The house is in a peaceful neighbourhood and a good location for downtown Fort Collins. Holly was great at responding and very polite when we met. I felt really lucky to find a really nice place far away from home. Highly recommend to future guests.

Adam was a great host! During our stay we had a couple of questions and he responded very quickly! We loved how spacious our place was and that everything we needed was available to us.

This was the second consecutive year we visited CSU Fort Collins for a football camp; we stayed in the same neighborhood literally a block away. This year I must say with James as our host it was a much more comfortable experience: 1. He allowed my family to check a few minutes earlier 2. His proactive instructions prevented us from driving around to search for the pools. 3. Response time was immediate we didn’t have to wait hours for a response to a simple question. 4. He allows pets so our entire family could enjoy our visit. We hope next year the property is available for next year’s visit.

There was a vase of beautiful bearded iris flowers on the table. Clear instructions available. Being right across the street from Hays Market was great for us. Briefly ran into Kelly outside, super friendly. We will be checking availability next time we are in the area.

What a lovely and clean space this host provided for us. My dance girls and I had a festival to be at all weekend so it was absolutely perfect as a quiet and relaxing clean place to crash after long days. We felt secure. A lovely spacious 1B1B. And my dog had plenty of space to chill for the day. The hosts were quick to respond which makes everything SO easy and peace of mind. Might even book again next year for the fest! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We were only there a night, but would certainly return. The pups enjoyed exploring the fenced yard as well as greeting Bean. Good stay!

The Little Lovelander was exactly as described. I stayed for a month and it had everything I needed. The space is small - it was perfect for me alone and I’m sure it would work for a couple too. And that shower is no joke. Julia was super responsive, and Tony and Michelle next door were also kind to me. They gave me great recommendations for exploring the area, and even tips for my next destination in Utah. I would stay again for sure.
