Great place for my husband’s 50th birthday. Comfy beds, kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Tiffany was super easy to talk to and response quick! Would def stay here again. The room with the day bed in it was a fantastic reading nook. Thanks again Tiffany!

The hot tub and pool were amazing, as well as the time we spent on the lake. It was a great stay! Ramp is pretty steep for my 2wd pickup, but it still pulled the boat out of the lake.

I can only imagine that where this house is located is like heaven. The best way to start the day was with stunning sunrise over the lake. The house is spectacular and the area is amazing. We stayed here for a golf tournament and were delighted to see that backyard was the 9th tee box of Great Water. We had some fantastic meals and all the locals were kind and friendly. Spent a day in Greensboro exploring all the amazing antique shops and lunch at the market there which was to die for, and the owner and her daughter were a delight. The owner of the house was fantastic, easy to work with and checked in on us frequently. Highly recommend!!!

The host was always quick to respond. The house was very spacious and had plenty of fun stuff besides the lake for entertaining and was very close to the boat ramp to load and unload the boat to tie to the dock for the weekend. We will definitely be booking this house again in the future

We had a great stay. Perfect location off the beaten path but still close to all that Athens had to offer. Perfect little get away for our family of four and the pup to catch a game at Sanford Stadium.

I was coming to the Greensboro area for a funeral and was looking for a place large enough for me and 6 other people. The home looked nice in the photos but I can tell you that the photos do not do it justice. The layout is spacious and the screened in back porch facing the walking trail was scenic in the mornings. The home was clean, smelled nice, and fully stocked with necessities for our stay. Kathleen and Dale were quick to respond to any questions and accommodating especially when I needed to add my brother to our stay. They had a folder with things to do and information for our stay. I highly recommend this home if you are coming to the Greensboro area.

Jennelle is an amazing host, always there to answer any questions and so informative and friendly. Her home is breathtaking inside and out. Gave this a 5 out of 5 would highly recommend and I’m definitely going to stay a third time

Had another great stay! This was our second stay at this location and couldn't have asked for a better home base while working in the area. This location is peaceful and relaxing and has everything you could need for a stay by the lake.

We were a party of six in town for a wedding (my niece). The accommodations were perfect for us and only 10 minutes away from the wedding venue. We had a minor hiccup when the power went out during a storm. Reached out to Robert and he offered to put us up in another place if the power wasn’t restored promptly. Above and beyond!!!! Fortunately the power came back on after about an hour so everything worked out fine. We didn’t have time to enjoy the dock and lake but it looked great! Would highly recommend!

Awesome location for a relaxing getaway. Perfect house. Quiet part of the lake. Lots to do in the area. We had a great time.

Robyn’s place was the perfect writer’s getaway! The stillness of the home, the friendly and safe neighborhood, and the view of the sunset each evening were an author’s dream! My dog and I had a fantastic time with lots of rest and relaxation! Will definitely be going back!

My partner and I came in to the area to celebrate a wedding, Tonya provided an amazing house to stay in during our time. The house was perfect to come back after a busy day to relax, unwind, and have some peace and quiet. The neighborhood is in the middle of nature and did not have much traffic and amazing views. Thank you so much for having us!!!

Natasha's place was the perfect retreat for our family for a weekend wedding in Athens. Natasha was great at answering any questions we had and providing details about the home and area. It was just as described, with a serene waterfront sunrise view in the mornings complete with hawks soaring above and birds lightly chirping. Natasha provided extra touches like coffee and sugar, bottled waters in the fridge, and chocolates in each room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us to have privacy. We love quirky non-cookie-cutter homes with elegant character and this home fit! We will recommend Natasha's place to friends staying in Athens, and we hooe to be back soon!

This house was great and exactly as pictured (it was actually more spacious than it appears in pictures). The complex is great and has several golf courses and good restaurants. It was very secluded and quiet. We went to the Masters and it was about an hour twenty from Augusta National (we got there early to beat the traffic). I think if you’re going to Masters one day but want to be closer to Atlanta and half lots of golf options, this was a great location.

We enjoyed our stay here! The perfect place to enjoy Athens. So close to downtown but tucked away and private. Loved the vibes of the beautifully updated but lovingly preserved cottage. The shower and bed were both great, and we enjoyed the living room space in which we were able to log into our various streaming accounts on the Roku TV. Everything worked perfectly with no issues. Would love to stay again!

Stayed here for my son’s wedding at Rustic Oak Farms. The place is quaint and private with a beautiful area around it. Lots of extra items in the house so you don’t need to bring everything. Cindy was a great host and very responsive to questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Natalie, went above and beyond for us. We were so fortunate and happy to stay at Natalie’s lake home. It was beautiful! Our daughter came to Milledgeville for a softball tournament. We ended up booking a hotel Friday and we regretted our choice when we arrived to find ourselves in a predicament of false reviews. We messaged Natalie and she was prompt and we could not have asked for a better host. She went out of her way to accommodate us and it was perfect for our family.

This is the best place in the STATE! I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Sinclair! The house has beautiful windows that let in lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, like seriously everything. My family and I had a perfect, relaxing weekend in the comfort of this lake house. the bedrooms were spacious and common area was enough for us to lounge around but intimate enough for us to have a conversation while some were prepping our meal and others were lounging. I especially loved grilling out on the back deck and enjoying the view of the water through the trees. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay during our daughter’s graduation weekend! Proximity was great to downtown and UGA campus.
