We had a wonderful family get together with our 4 grown children! Great place to meet up, some from NC some from FL. We cooked all meals in the well stocked kitchen. It was part of our fun, cooking together. We were glad we brought extra trash bags and paper towels, since we did so much cooking. You are 45 mins to a grocery, glad we planned accordingly. We rented a pontoon and had a fun day on the water! It was nice that beach towels are provided. We also enjoyed playing many different games. Plenty of room and space for our crew of 7. I highly recommend staying here! It was great to create memories and unwind!

This Cozy Cottage was exactly what we needed for our stay in Athens. We were in town for a family funeral and having this comfortable home to stay was a blessing. Our host checked-in on us during our stay, but we didn't need anything as the home had all that we could need. Great location and beautifully decorated. Would recommend to anyone.

The house absolutely met our needs for a brief weekend stay. The large lounging sofa in the living room was very nice. Beds were comfortable and home was not cluttered. Our main concerns were: * Carpet needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. Felt dirty on bare feet and there were lots of stains. * Exterior landscaping. Trees and bushes were overgrown so they were hanging over the walkway to front door, back deck stairs and the driveway. If the above items are addressed then we would absolutely stay again in the future!

Chris's place is exactly as described. It is very homey and provided everything we needed. The location is great and landscaped beautifully. Chris even included a welcome treat for us and our dog. :)
