Monthly Rentals in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Gordon’s place turned out to be an absolute gem, especially after two last-minute Airbnb cancellations. We needed a spot for two months and were a bit nervous since we’d never been to Greenpoint before—but what a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet Gordon’s apartment sat on a quiet street just half a block from McCarren Park. The two-bedroom, two-bath setup was spacious, spotless, and perfectly located. We were surrounded by great coffee shops, vintage stores, bakeries, restaurants, and bars—Greenpoint truly has it all. Gordon’s place exceeded our expectations, and we would’ve happily stayed longer if it hadn’t already been booked. Highly recommend!

Jon is the best host! He truly goes out of the way to make your experience as top-of-the-line as it possibly could be — from offering to stock up the fridge and supplies, to being super flexible about checking in and out, and even offering a free mid-stay clean. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations and responsive to any questions I had. I couldn't recommend him as a host more or have had a better experience in his apartment. Not to mention that Greenpoint is probably the coolest neighborhood in Brooklyn right now! Book his place — you definitely won't regret it. Thanks again, Jon!

I stayed in the apartment for six weeks. I found it to be exactly as the pictures show. I felt at home comfortable in the space and neighbourhood. It's a fairly quiet part of Greenpoint but it's close enough to restaurants and shops, and you can walk to the ferry to get to Manhattan, or take the subway. The traffic on the nearby road means there is some noise which I'm sensitive to so sometimes I used earplugs to sleep. The bed is very comfortable, the shower works well and the kitchen has a coffee machine. I'm a single female and felt safe in the area and in the building. Ziggi communicated well with me throughout. I definitely recommend the space and I'd say it's great value and good home base from which to explore NYC.

I had a great stay at Adrien’s place. It was immaculately clean. There’s a Sonos in every room which was was so convenient and made the place feel so homey. The apartment gets so much natural light. This part of Williamsburg is my favorite. It still has a lot of charm. The apartment is right inbetween 2 subway stops on the L. It’s a 3 minute walk from my favorite onigiri/matcha spot in BK, KIJITORA. Adrien was super helpful, friendly, organized and was great with communication.
