Highly recommend staying here. Very clean and cozy. On-site parking was right near the entrance. AC worked great, especially for the Colorado heat. Linens were very clean and bathroom was very nice. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Wow- Matt & Jenna are true gems and so is their property. This listing is exactly as described and was perfect for my bestie and I. We appreciated the accommodations, the king sized beds, FANS (iykyk) and large bed rooms. Everything was clean, Matt & Jenna were responsive and so friendly— it was like chatting with an old friend. We will absolutely return to this amazing rental the next time we return to Denver. Thank you for everything!

I cannot recommend Mary’s place highly enough! It has all the amenities, snacks, fresh juice and water in the fridge, just about everything you could hope for. My flight was late arriving and Mary accommodated my check in, and the location is great to go anywhere downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was exactly as expected. It was a great location, easy for us to get everywhere we needed with a lot of good food and things to do close by. Everything was sent to us beforehand with easy directions and all the necessary info to make the stay smooth. We definitely would recommend anyone else to stay and future visits we'll be looking to stay again!

Such a great little place to “hibernate”. I’m from AZ so not used to basements. I felt like I was cozying up for a winters nap every time I went in! So clean and the bed/pillows were so comfortable!!

Great place to stay! It felt small at first but really it’s like a luxury suite at a hotel. Was perfect for two of us- we didn’t spend much time there as we were out doing things but we easily could’ve stayed there all day. All the ‘extra’ amenities you need were available which was amazing; toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, hair dryer, washer/dryer, towels, etc.

Dana was friendly and available anytime we needed her. The place was perfect for what we needed and we will rent again when we come back.

Great place in an up-and-coming neighborhood with Santa Fe and the Art District within a 5 mins walk. Some great restaurants (Sushi was excellent) Lisa’s place was comfortable and has a great workspace, ideal for access to downtown Denver and for some late night meetings. Ample street parking too with the supplied pass. Definitely a great stay.

We stayed at nicks for ~ 5 days. The downstairs unit is connected to the main unit by stairs but is locked on both ends. The space felt private and safe. The host was great and responsive. We would definitely stay again in the future.

OK I am automatically in love with any house that has lions in the front - lol - but seriously, Hanna's place is something special. The bnb is around back and downstairs, and there are other units but everything was super quiet and cozy. The space has that very cool historic feel, with exposed brick and a really stylish combination of vintage and modern decor. You can feel/imagine the history but the kitchen/bath have been updated so you get the best of both worlds. Everything I needed (albeit a short stay) was available and the furnishings were super comfy. I wish I could have stayed longer! Hanna was a wonderful host, communicative from the start with clear instructions about where to go and how there were 2 codes for the 2 doors, to make sure in advance that I didn't run into any confusion. I had the pleasure of meeting her and her husband in-person on my way out, and just can't say enough lovely things about them or the stay in general. Thanks so much!

The place was perfect, extremely walkable area with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. The parking spot is super helpful, though it is a little small if you have a larger size vehicle. The apartment itself is extremely clean and a great size for two people. Would definitely recommend!

Never had a better experience with an airbnb than at Nando’s place. Every detail was considered for a convenient, comfortable stay just outside of downtown Denver (for a very reasonable price). We are greatly appreciative to Nando and his wife for hosting us!

Great! This place is spacious, has a really well-equipped kitchenette, is clean and clutter-free, and has a great porch with nice views. Fantastic paved walking paths, and small nearby park and playground, are easy to access and very close by. Even though this apartment is under the main house, it's super quiet and felt very private. I would definitely, definitely stay here again!

The Airbnb was exactly as pictured and described! Cute little spot on Sloan’s Lake this is within walking to distance to restaurants, bars, and Target!

We came in for a family wedding. Crystal's place was great! Great decor and a great outdoor patio! She made check in and check out easy, with clear instructions. I highly recommend staying at her place for any trip to Denver!

Rob’s place was great. It was spotless and very well managed and maintained. We had a few questions and he responded right away. The location is the best. Not to far from Denver or Colorado Springs. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Alexander’s place was the perfect location for our stay in Castle Rock. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. We traveled with our dog and it was very dog friendly.

We’re not used to being in a big city so it was a learning curve to figure out entry codes, key fobs, parking garage, etc, however, Lacey provided detailed instructions and the the friendly people living in her building were ready to lend a helping hand. Lacey was also very responsive to questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The building and parking ramp felt very safe and secure and it was very quiet/ no noisy neighbors. It was close to our son and not too far from downtown. I highly recommend her place!

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and spacious with a lot of nice amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the shower has good water pressure. Eric is an excellent host who respects your privacy while also being extremely easy to get ahold of if needed. The welcome card and bottle of wine were also a very classy touch. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent from Eric again. 5 out of 5 stars from us!
