Private suite holiday rentals in Greenwood Village

Would definitely stay again. This little carriage house apartment was just what we needed for a few days. It was well stocked and clean. Cheryl provided games and books and lots of brochures about the local area. It was very quiet. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to call home for my visit. The location is amazing--very close to a busy area with lots to do (great coffee and beer!) but the home was private and quiet. It's also steps to the beautiful City Park. The place was even more spacious than I imagined and everything was clean and well set up. I had a great stay and would love to come back!

I stayed with my family - including two children - and we found ourselves right at home. Cozy linens, plush carpets and board games in the living room made my kids and I feel comfortable. The unit is so well-appointed and while the cooking space is small, it was sufficient for our breakfast needs. Michael and Susan were both so warm and responsive. We did not feel like we were in a basement unit at all due to the large windows. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Denver area and have a vehicle.

Stayed here with a friend for a conference. It was just what we needed, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive!

The private suite is great - in a quiet neighborhood and the suite is private with its own entrance. We were doing some day trips and the location worked out well for our trips to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Golden and Boulder. Comfortable bed, everything you need for the kitchen, and a luxurious shower/bathroom.

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

One of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. The place was organized and everything was labeled and easy to find.

Had a great stay w/ Jack! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable to anything you could need in the area. Jack was a very accommodating host w/ a ton of local recommendations for me and my family who were in town as well. The unit is clean, and the bed is super comfy - since it's a basement unit, it gets virtually no natural light, but the convenience of the in-unit W/D surely makes up for that.

Me and my wife LOVED this stay! The private hot tub and sauna were to die for! We kept talking about how we’d love to come back and stay again! Do yourself a favor and book your nights here and melt your stress away in the hot tub!

Loved staying here! Perfect location, especially if you’re going to red rocks! The Airbnb was clean and comfy! Had everything we needed for our long weekend trip! Host responded fast and went above and beyond with accommodations! Also if I could give an extra star for the cute bunnies in the backyard I would!

Alexi was a great host. I had reached out to her to get us an iron because we had no time to take clothes to cleaners the next day we arrived since we had to attend a graduation early morning. I really did appreciate her help and support with that.

My wife and I and our 2-year old daughter stayed at Susan's place during our visit to see family in Colorado for Thanksgiving. The place was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed, as well as some other above-and-beyond amenities (such as food, drinks, kids' toys, and even a private hot tub!). Leslie and Dale were awesome! They were very friendly and accommodating. They even provided us with some farm-fresh eggs and some pastries from a local bakery. We highly recommend staying at their very interesting property, which gets power from solar panels. Reading the magazine article about their property (located in the rental instructions book they provide in the living room) was quite fascinating. Also, being 6 miles from Red Rocks, this is a great place to stay when visiting town for an outdoor concert there. You won't be disappointed!

Brian and his co-host were very helpful with getting our accommodations as we needed. We had a few questions and were always given quick helpful answers.

Flora is truly a gem! She’s very thoughtful, hospitable, fun, and so kind. She really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. She bought me a fan so I didn’t have to pack one, and that’s so thoughtful. She had a clean space, very organized, labels for familiarity of all the kitchen utensils (I should do that in my own kitchen :) ). Flora made our honeymoon comfortable, easy, and memorable. We appreciate all the little details and all the big things!
