The apartment is on the first floor of the house and has a living area of about 58 m². It has its own entrance and a nice terrace with a huge garden and unobstructed views of the countryside.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
