A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Cottage in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche region, less than 2 hours away from Paris, come and relax in this typical Percheron house, fully renovated with stone walls, exposed beams, bricks and terracotta floor tiles. The property is set in one hectare of land with an orchard, a garden and a large park with sheeps, all not overlooked. The house has two terraces: the main one faces east and overlooks the park, while the second faces west, so you can enjoy the outdoors as the sun shines.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Longère percheronne on one level: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove - wood provided, sofa bed 2 pers. (sheets not provided), TV, work desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm - sheets provided) on the garden level, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), wc.

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
