Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the idyllic village of Tiefengrün. In the immediate vicinity of an inn and only a few kilometers away from the German German Museum Mödlareuth. Due to the convenient location to the A9 and A72, excursion destinations are easily accessible. Ideal starting point for destinations in Northeast Bavaria, Southeast Thuringia and impressions on the former German/German border. We are also happy about guests in transit, hikers and cyclists. Our apartment on the first floor of a two-family house is close to the city center, yet very quiet in a side street and offers our guests a separate entrance. From here you have a magnificent view over the rooftops of the city. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the morning sun in the garden for breakfast. Bread service is possible on request. A sandbox and playhouse are available for our little guests. In the farm garden, chickens, ducks and rabbits can be admired.

The apartment is on the first floor and was completely renovated in 2021. With a size of 66 m², it offers three people enough space to spend their vacations in a pleasant atmosphere. An extra bed and the use of a large garden plot nearby (15-minute walk) are possible on request. Free parking is available in front of the house or directly opposite. Shopping, such as a butcher and a Netto market with a bakery branch, are within 2 – 5 minutes' walking distance.

In summer and winter, the yurt invites you to stay on the large property we live in. It's well insulated and heatable. You have access to bathroom used with other guests with toilet, tub and shower, bring your own sleeping bag and cater for yourself according to camping standard. We provide an electric hot plate, kettle, water cans and dishes. In the garden there is an outdoor tub and shower. By arrangement with extra charge: sauna use / breakfast possible.

Adventure?! Tinyhouse-style cabin for a cozy getaway in the Vogtland. The cottage has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and a sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached by a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.
