Lovely second row house to the beach park

Lovely modernized villa in light light light Nordic style, with plenty of space and located in the second row to the fantastic beach park. In walking distance from the beach and playground, ball area, doggy harbour, the harbour restaurants and ice cream parlour and not least the atmospheric modern art museum Arken (beautiful walk through the beach park of about 35. min). We have four bedrooms, a TV room with sofa bed and two converted loft rooms with great views. There are three lovely large terraces, a lovely conservatory and delicious shelter/fire pit

Cozy beach house with large garden

With a great location in the middle of Greve C is in 150 meters from probably Denmark's best sandy beach. A good walk along the beach (about 15 min.) leads you down to cozy Mosede Havn, which offers several really good restaurants and an ice cream house with homemade waffles and ice cream. Similarly, station and Greve Midtbycenter are less than 500 meters away, so if you want a trip to Copenhagen C, you are only 20 minutes away by train and about 20 minutes by car. The house is located 5 houses from the beach and is not bothered is traffic noise.

Entire house close to beach and S-train

Rent our small cozy house of 110 sqm with garden and small older sunny southwest facing terrace. Two bedrooms, one very large (we call it the "suite" :) ) + one smaller, possibility of extra bed. Large bathroom from 2023 with two showers and sinks. Clever electric charger. The house is 5 min walking distance from the beach, 3 min walking distance from Karlslunde St - S-train to Copenhagen (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not welcome. Due to safety, the house is not suitable for smaller children.

Rural idyll close to Copenhagen

Fantastic artisanal country house surrounded by cows and horses 30 km south of Copenhagen. Huge concrete terrace of 100m2, new kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware, espresso machine, bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin, 3 children's rooms (two with double beds and one with one bed), large sofa in living room. The bedroom is connected to the bathroom, so there is a walk-through from the living room when using the toilet. Full of personality and personal matters. Surrounded by nature. Close to Rema1000 (supermarket).

Stilfuld og æstetisk villa som kun er 300 meter på rolige veje fra god og børnevenlig sandstrand. Her er alt udstyr til mindre børn, 4 rummelige soveværelser, nybygget anneks, Tæt på København (25 min i bil). Lukket have. Fri parkering! Wonderful beach house close to Copenhagen - 25 min by car - or 20 by train from nearby train station (walking distance). Very spacious, modern and aesthetic. Only 300 meter from family friendly beach. Four bedrooms + annex. Free parking.

Welcome to our home! Here you have the chance to stay in a private house with a wonderful garden only 25 minutes drive from Copenhagen and 2 km from the beach. Hav en god tur i Danmark i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig. Huset ligger lige ved smuk strand, havn og stort indkøbscenter samt Tog eller egen bil til Københavns Centrum er 24 min. Møns klints Geo center 50 min. Roskilde domkirke 25 min. Hamlets slot 55 min. Kulturelle steder og underholdning er inden for kort afstand. Huset indeholder 3 gode soveværelser og stor stue med åben køkken samt 2 toiletter. Parkering til 2 biler ved indgangen.

Central apartment in quiet surroundings

Private ground floor apartment close to public transport and beach. There is coffee/tea for free use and always clean bed linen and towels. The apartment is bright and spacious and is located in green surroundings 450 meters from Hundige station and a short walk from the water. From Hundige station you can take the E-train and be in Copenhagen in 20 min. There is free parking. Please note my cat will not be home during your stay.

Lovely townhouse 20 minutes from Copenhagen

I love home decor, coziness and plants, so you can sit back in one of my many cozy nooks and enjoy it all with a good book and a cup of coffee from my coffee machine that can make an exquisite cappuccino for example. If you want to enjoy nature, there is a lovely meadow just behind my house, where you can take a walk or sit on a bench, or it's less than 10 minutes walk to the beach just out of the way outside the house.

The villa is completely newly built with a great location and views on a quiet residential road away from noise and in child-friendly surroundings. Our house is perfect for summer vacation in the middle of the beach for 1 or 2 families with children. 2x cars can park at the house in the carport.
