New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Hyggeligt strandhus i første række. I har havet som nærmeste nabo og en unik kombination af ro, natur og byliv. Her kan I nyde afslapning og samvær med familien – lige fra morgenkaffe med solopgang til leg i haven og grill på terrassen. Beliggenheden er ideel - I bor midt i naturen, men stadig tæt på alt. Stranden ligger få skridt væk, og inden for 1,5 km finder I station, indkøb og restauranter. Perfekt base til både afslapning og udflugter – kun 20 km til København, Køge og Roskilde.

148 m2 wooden house directly on front section to best beach south of Copenhagen. Very quiet and beautiful location with a magic seaview from lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. Southwest covered barbecue area also with seaview through windows and direct out to natural old garden with complete privacy. 20 min S-Train to Copenhagen Central - 10 min walk to station. 3 supermarkets, one with Danish pastry bake-off, only 10 min walk. Fish shop and smokery in Mosede Havn only 5 min away by car.

Annekset indeholder: 1 lille soveværelse med 1 dobbeltseng og 1 enkeltseng. 1 stue med 1 stor sofa, hvor man kan sove 1-2 personer. 1 lille tekøkken med køleskab, 2 kogeplader og mikroovn. 1 meget lille toilet, hvor der er bruser. Annekset skal sættes i stand, så det fremstår ikke super, men det fungere, og vi synes, det er hyggeligt at være derude. Vores have er “vild med vilje”, men vi har ikke helt fået den “tæmmet” endnu. (så det virker lidt rodet) Vi bor i huset ved siden af.

Cozy house in Mosede Strand on 108 square meters. Close to Karlslunde st. And not far from Copenhagen. Close to cozy Mosede Harbour, 800 meters to the beach and shopping opportunities within walking distance. There are three rooms, two with a double bed and a children's room with a junior bed. There is a bath, a large kitchen-dining room and a cozy conservatory with a long table. On the terrace there is a gas grill, garden table and sunbed.
