Located in the Rhineland between Cologne and Dusseldorf, you will find our modern holiday and Messewohnung. The apartment is located in Dormagen am Rhein near a nature reserve, on the upper floor of a two family house and has been completely refurbished renovated. Features: Covering an area of 86 m² located next to the spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, hall and bathroom. In the first bedroom there is a box spring that can be charged separately if required. The second bedroom has a single bed. In the large living room there are also two double sofa beds, so that this space can be used as living room. A cozy fireplace, couch and flat screen TV with satellite TV, and a CD - Player can accommodate for evening gatherings. CDs are available in the apartment and can be used. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator combination, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. offers a comfortable dining area for four people. The table is extendable so that also 6 people can find space there. A washer and dryer are in the basement of the house. Towels and sheets are provided by us. The garden can be to relax and crickets with used. In the entrance there is a guest parking. Supermarket: A small shopping center with Fitnesstudio, Lidl, Edeka, Hairdresser Restaurant, Bakery and Cafe, etc. can be reached in 5 minutes walk. The stop for the city bus is approx. 100 meters. and offers great transport links to the train station and the city center in Dormagen. The train connection to Dusseldorf and Cologne passes every 20 minutes. From the city of Zons can can quickly take the ferry to Dusseldorf Urdenbach. The area offers many attractions.

The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes or a walk-in closet. The living room has a couch and a modern LED TV with DVD player. In the adjoining kitchen you can cook well, everything necessary is ready for you. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. In the attic there are two large separate bedrooms with double beds. For families with baby, we are happy to provide a travel cot for free. The accommodation is currently being decorated and the interior renewed so you have a nice stay. The apartment has Wi-Fi. In just a few minutes there are all the shops for daily needs (REWE, landmakers / bakery, pharmacy, medical center, bank, etc.). The bathing lake ("Kaarster See") with two beaches is nearby (5min by car, 25min walk) and in the summer the perfect place to relax. The district of Kaarst Vorst is quite - compared to Kaarst - without the aircraft noise.

The 1-room apartment is on the ground floor of an old multi-family house renovated in 2016 in the beautiful Cologne Lindenthal, just in front of the Cologne Belt, near the university clinic. Despite its central location (bus to downtown and train to Ehrenfeld just one minute away) it is quiet in the apartment as it is located in a back house. The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - captivates with its old building charm, in combination with stylish, high-quality furnishings.

Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental industrial park 1 km away. The entire apartment was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

Our garden apartment is on the raised ground floor of an Art Nouveau house from 1906. You have two rooms with a total of 90 square meters at your disposal. A living room and bedroom and a kitchen-living room. All windows and the sunny terrace overlook the garden. Our library invites you to read. Enjoy relaxed and spacious living in a quiet location in the center of Düsseldorf. The large shaker table can also be used for meetings with up to 6 people.

The one-room apartment is about 42 square meters. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cooking island. In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!
