Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Just a stone's throw from the lovely beach, you will find our newly built cottage, where you can enjoy the sea view while having your morning coffee on the terrace after a dip in the sea. The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

The beach is only 700 meters from the house, and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches, with dunes and very child-friendly. Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Welcome to Sejrø Bay. Our cozy summer house is located in a beautiful woodland area on a large natural plot, close to Tengslemark Beach. It’s a truly unique holiday home. The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

Directly to the Fjord

Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year. (=The original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

Bo på landet i jeres egen, idylliske bolig, som ligger i en firelænget stråtækt gård i den hyggelige landsby Ordrup. I får 110 m2 i 2 plan med terrasse og altan. Udsigt over søen og adgang til den smukke have med vandløb og bålplads. Lejligheden har eget bad/toilet og fuldt udstyret køkken. Området er præget af det smukke istidslandskab. Der er 1 km til både strand og skov. Desuden går "Tour de France"-ruten lige forbi gården. Der er rig mulighed for cykling, vandring og vandsport.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, masser af høns, og frække katte og fra Marts kommer der små lam ude på marken.
