Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

Velkommen til total renoveret 100m2 midt i grønt skovområde tæt på strand. Ude og inde smelter sammen med den brede foldedør fra køkken-alrum til en af to store solrige terrasser. Huset er placeret idyllisk på en lukket vej i gå afstand fra det naturskønne område Heatherhill og den smukkeste solnedgang med panorama udsigt ud over vandet. Gå afstand til strandtrappe og skøn badestrand. Privat lukket have fyldt med hygge kroge og herligt uderum. Indhegnet have, så hunden er også velkommen.

Hyggeligt sommerhus med solrig terrasse, beliggende på en stor, lukket grund kun tre minutters gang fra stranden i Rågeleje. Huset har to soveværelser, og derudover findes en ekstra dobbeltseng i det charmerende anneks i haven. Veludstyret køkken og et lille badeværelse med bruseniche og gulvvarme. Very beautiful with a private beach. Meget smukt direkte til vandet tæt på nedgang til vandet. Det er et istandsat charmerende bjælkehus med plads til op til 5 personer. Meget hyggeligt. Stor have. Ligger meget tæt på Tisvildeleje. Nøgle til privat strand. Extra fee for only 2 nights (500kr)
