With its 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 50m2 terrace and plenty of car parking space, there is plenty of room for everyone. Only 20 minutes away from Dyreparken in Kristiansand, short distance to hiking trails, swimming beaches and the city center. Playground just off the driveway. Please present the travel companions and background for the stay /purpose of the trip when requesting a stay. Families with children are prioritized.

The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely undisturbed, it is 200 meters to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places(3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that need to be watered, but it can also be harvested.

The residence has a living room and kitchen in one, a bathroom and two bedrooms with 1.80x200 beds that are new. There is also a mattress if you want to be 5 in the house. It is only 6 km to Grimstad city center, and about 15 km to Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is 26 minutes away by car. Arendal and Grimstad Riding Club is about an hour's drive away.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.
