Family-friendly holiday rentals in Grižane-Belgrad

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

We had a great time there, the kids really enjoyed the pool and the sea as well. Very close to the beach, easy to reach it also with small children. Felix and Ratko were so nice and helpful!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

Four of us (2 people/2 dogs) had a few nice days at Ivana's place. Everything was clean and we didn't lack anything. The hot tub was great and it was also a stone's throw to the sea in town. A few essentials to mention: there is no pool table as seen in the photos, but a foosball box (but is more for children/very easy), it was no problem for us. The streets are very narrow and not really accessible by bus, you should be able to drive!:) And it has free-roaming dogs there, which often made it very difficult for us to walk (large white dog 50 meters away). Unfortunately, there are renovation/construction work behind the house at the moment, noise-sensitive people couldn't find it that great. It was ok with us. Thank you for the stay, in fantastic weather and maybe we will come back sometime. :)

The apartment is on the first floor in a fenced house and has a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the island of Krk. The kitchen was well equipped. A big plus was the private parking lot behind the entrance gate that accommodates two cars and a 30" SmartTV. The host was always happy to help. The beaches stretch throughout the town, and along them you can easily find restaurants, bars, and free restrooms. Novi Vinodolski is definitely a very interesting holiday offer:)

Hello 👋Everything was as described, it has everything you need is there. We also used the grill a few times, but everything was also available. For our son we had an extra bed and also a high chair perfect. Our dog also felt very comfortable was really great with four-legged friends. In any case, you need a car to easily reach everything, it is all nearby yet we would not walk. We speak german and English. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and also the host, at the point a great thank you for the beautiful time we had with you and would also like to come back. See you soon

Simply absolutely great and recommended for a stay in Rijeka :).

My husband and I just spent 18 days in this great place. Everything was wonderfully clean, the view from the terrace to the sea just great. Petra's parents also live in the house and are totally lovely people. They were very attentive. We got new linens and towels after a week. We were able to lock the terrace because we had two dogs with us. We felt very comfortable and at home. Thanks again at this point. We highly recommend it.

We were received in a very friendly manner. The location was great! Within 5 minutes there was a great snorkeling beach with easy entry via ladders. When we realized there was no sugar and salt, it was no problem at all to get some from Gabi's parents. They were very friendly and approachable and also spoiled us with blackberry pancakes. All in all, a great stay! I'd love to come back!

We had wonderful time at Marija’s aparment. The house is really clean and comfortable. We got lot of fruits and drinks as a gift. The garden has lovely atmosphere, the pool is always clean. All family member is very hospitable. Marija has answered always really quick. I can only recommend the apartment!

It was a very nice vacation there, the Frankopan about 4 minutes' walk away, I can only recommend as a restaurant. The location of the apartment is a good starting point for different activities. The lapping of the waves makes it easy to fall asleep.

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

The house was perfect, we felt comfortable right from the start. The kitchen was superbly equipped and the garden with the outdoor kitchen and pool are beautiful. There is nothing negative to say here. Everything was great. The pictures correspond 1:1 to the house in reality. It offers plenty of space, it is clean and there are many things available. Enough towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc. We will be happy to come back! Thanks for the lovely stay! :)

They stay was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the view was breathtaking! We can absolutely recommend this apartment :)

We stayed here for 6 for a week and the apartment was really great for that. Plenty of space and two separate areas. The best would be the 4 bathrooms and the balcony with great views. There was also everything else you need, enough towels, blankets and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Opposite the house is a pizzeria that is highly recommended and only a 2-minute walk away you will find a supermarket with everything you need. There is also a staircase directly next to the house, but from there it is about 10 minutes to the main road and the ascent back is relatively strenuous.

We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at House Paola. The accommodation is a small cottage, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The living & dining room is large enough for a relaxing TV evening and for eating in bad weather. In the kitchen there is everything necessary. The air conditioning upstairs near the bedrooms was really worth gold at up to 37 degrees in August. The pool, which is exclusive to the property, also offered a wonderful cooling and was also very well maintained. Vedrana is very nice and always helpful. Our kids no longer wanted to separate themselves from Vedrana's lovely dogs. The location is very quiet and you can enjoy the warm summer evenings on the terrace. You can drive to the beach about 10 minutes by car, which was completely fine for us, as we preferred the tranquility in Vinodol to the overcrowded beach resorts.

This is really unique place, highly recommend it! You will remember it for a long time!
