Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

The apartment is practical and very clean. It is located in a quiet area very close to the various bars and restaurants. The host is reliable, kind and very thoughtful. If I had to go back to Zola, I would take him back without any problems. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

Well, what can I say about Dino, a superhost👌super responsive, very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an autostrada payment too. He's a friendly person and so is his beautiful wife who made a torta(cake) for us which was delicious, along with a nice locally made bottle of wine. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hot day out. The apartment was very comfortable as was the bed. It had everything you needed. Great spot to see all the other beautiful cities around you. We will definitely be going back when we return to Italy 👌❤️

We spent two nights at Valentina's place. We appreciated her proactive approach before we arrived and she was very responsive to our messages when we had questions. There was a kitchen that was functional, the bathroom was clean and the terrace was the WOW highlight of our stay. There were 4 adults in the accommodation, which is a little tight, but for 2 nights it was perfect. The sofa bed and the bed were very comfortable and we were even able to do our laundry there. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and we were able to walk to downtown Florence several times and we enjoyed the grocery store a few steps from the accommodation to stock up. As soon as I entered, it was a very cute and pretty accommodation. 🏡 It was a quiet neighborhood, so it wasn't noisy, and it took about 10 minutes to walk to the station. ~ There were many days when I came in late at night, but even after 11 o'clock, the neighborhood itself didn't look dangerous! The host kindly greeted me in person, and the accommodation was very clean and well-organized! All the tableware was provided, and there was a range and induction, so it was easy to cook and eat. There was water and champagne prepared in the fridge, and I drank well! The hotel didn't even give us water, so I was really impressed...🥹🤍 and I made a mistake in the middle and contacted you late, but I was grateful for your kind reply and understanding! I'll contact you when I have any questions, so I'd appreciate it if you could reply quickly! Oh, and the bed was so fluffy and comfortable. I rested comfortably in a nice accommodation. 🩷🩷

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Wonderful Family Living! The host, Elisa, was fantastic... He explained and sent us everything in time so that we could arrive without worries, the house was a dream and he even provided us with a small breakfast. The house is splendid, even better than in the photos. Everything is tidy and super clean. In addition, a plus of the house was the super-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and quiet area. In addition, it is very convenient to reach the center, with supermarkets and bars nearby. A stay to be repeated absolutely

We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

We felt very comfortable with Adriana and the place was very modern, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with the hot tub was also super nice. The path to the accommodation is a bit tight and curvy, which can be a bit challenging for untrained Italy vacationers, but quite doable.

We loved staying here! Elisabetta was a very kind and helpful host, and the space was easy to find and adorable inside. It was a nice walkable distance to everything too. Would definitely recommend!

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Accommodation fully matches the photos and listing, very spacious and clean. Peaceful and very pleasant setting. Gianluca and his family are lovely people. We had a lovely stay.

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Daniela’s place was pretty and clean, exactly as described: within a block of the tram which was 4 stops (8 minutes) into Florence downtown. We chose this apartment specifically because we had a rental car and knew we couldn’t drive into Florence city center and this was exactly as described. Very comfortable, pretty and clean! There is a great supermarket nearby, a pizza restaurant and an amazing gelato place (Leoncino’s)- seriously, go there! Daniela was very responsive and everything was great!

It is a compact apartment. There is a small elevator that works well, but there’s still a flight of stairs to get up to the unit. Once you get up there, the view is amazing. The apartment lives much larger because of the terrace. We had some extremely hot days but the air conditioning worked great. Try the Dyson filter fan too, it really adds to the comfort. There’s a nice bakery/Café directly across the street with wonderful pastries for the morning and the market about a 10 minute walk away is wonderful for fresh fruits and salads.

Absolutely loved the location of the apartment, right in the middle of the city center. Everything was walkable 😍 The room was exactly as advertised and Alessandra was a superb host, friend, responsive and great recommendations. I recommend to go here if you are about to visit Florence
