Holiday rentals with a patio in Grizzana Morandi

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

L’appartamento è pratico e pulitissimo. Si trova in una zona tranquilla vicinissima ai vari bar e ristoranti. L’host è affidabile, gentile e molto premuroso. Se dovessi ricapitare a Zola lo riprenderei senza problemi. Consigliato!

L'alloggio è meraviglioso, una posizione estremamente comoda per girare Bologna a piedi e anche facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale. L'alloggio, inoltre, è molto spazioso e offre una vista stupenda della città. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, i bagni sono ampi e molto puliti. La terrazza aggiunge ulteriore comfort all'appartamento, utilizzabile sia in estate che in inverno. La comunicazione è sempre stata amichevole, semplice e veloce. Un soggiorno splendido.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

Well, what can I say about Dino, a superhost👌super responsive, very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an autostrada payment too. He's a friendly person and so is his beautiful wife who made a torta(cake) for us which was delicious, along with a nice locally made bottle of wine. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hot day out. The apartment was very comfortable as was the bed. It had everything you needed. Great spot to see all the other beautiful cities around you. We will definitely be going back when we return to Italy 👌❤️

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons apprécié son approche proactive avant notre arrivée et elle était très réactive à nos messages lorsque nous avions des questions. Il y avait une cuisine qui était fonctionnelle, la salle de bain était propre et la terasse était le highlight WOW de notre séjour. Nous étions 4 adultes dans le logement, ce qui est un peu serré, mais pour 2 nuits c'était parfait. Le divan-lit et le lit était très confortable et nous avons même pu y faire notre lessive. L'emplacement est parfait, la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle et nous avons pu nous rendre dans le centre-ville de Florence à pied à plusieurs reprises et nous avons profiter de l'épicerie à quelques pas du logement pour nous ravitailler. 들어가자마자 너무 아기자기하게 예쁜 숙소였어요 🏡 힌적한 동네여서 시끄럽지도 않았고 걸어서 역까지 10분정도 걸리더라구요 ~ 밤 늦기 들어오는날이 많았는데 11시 넘어서도 동네 자채눈 위험해 보이지 않았아요 ! 호스트님은 친절하게 직접 맞이해주셨고 숙소도 굉장히 깨끗하고 정돈이 잘되어 있었습니다 ! 모든 식기가 다 구비되어 있었고 렌지와 인덕션이 있어서 간단히 요리해 먹기 좋았어요 냉장고에는 준비해주신 물과 샴페인이 있었는데 잘 마셨습니다 ! 호텔에서도 물 잘 안주던데 완전 감동 ..🥹🤍 그리고 중간에 제가 실수를 해서 늦은 시간에 연락을 드렸는데 친절히 답장해주시고 이해해주셔서 감사했습니다 ! 궁금한점 있을때도 연락 드리니까 답장 빨리해주시고 좋았어요 ! 아 그리고 침대 푹신한게 너무 편했어요 좋은 숙소에서 편하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다 🩷🩷

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Ci ha spiegato e mandato tutto per tempo in modo da arrivare tranquilli, la casa è stata un sogno e ci ha pure fatto trovare una piccola colazione. La casa splendida, meglio anche che nelle foto. Tutto in ordine e pulitissimo. Inoltre, un plus della casa è stata la cucina super fornita. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Inoltre, è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, con supermercati e bar vicini. Un soggiorno da rifare assolutamente

We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

Wir haben uns bei Adriana sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool war super schön. Der Weg hin zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng und kurvig, was für nicht geübte Italien Urlauber etwas herausfordernd sein kann, aber durchaus machbar ist.

We loved staying here! Elisabetta was a very kind and helpful host, and the space was easy to find and adorable inside. It was a nice walkable distance to everything too. Would definitely recommend!

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos et à l'annonce, très spacieux et propre. Cadre paisible et très agréable. Gianluca et sa famille sont des gens charmants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Jonny heeft een prachtig appartement, met een schitterend terras. Het huis is heel sfeervol met veel kunst en planten. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. Het is ruim en voor vier personen was het heerlijk. Als je gastvrij wil worden ontvangen op een heerlijke plek in Florence ben je hier op het juiste adres.

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Daniela’s place was pretty and clean, exactly as described: within a block of the tram which was 4 stops (8 minutes) into Florence downtown. We chose this apartment specifically because we had a rental car and knew we couldn’t drive into Florence city center and this was exactly as described. Very comfortable, pretty and clean! There is a great supermarket nearby, a pizza restaurant and an amazing gelato place (Leoncino’s)- seriously, go there! Daniela was very responsive and everything was great!

It is a compact apartment. There is a small elevator that works well, but there’s still a flight of stairs to get up to the unit. Once you get up there, the view is amazing. The apartment lives much larger because of the terrace. We had some extremely hot days but the air conditioning worked great. Try the Dyson filter fan too, it really adds to the comfort. There’s a nice bakery/Café directly across the street with wonderful pastries for the morning and the market about a 10 minute walk away is wonderful for fresh fruits and salads.

Absolutely loved the location of the apartment, right in the middle of the city center. Everything was walkable 😍 The room was exactly as advertised and Alessandra was a superb host, friend, responsive and great recommendations. I recommend to go here if you are about to visit Florence
