Monthly Rentals in Gröbenzell

The place was clean, well-maintained and as pictured. Although without a kitchen, but still a small fridge, coffee maker and kettle, so completely sufficient for a short trip! Very lovingly and beautifully prepared and everything easy to find with the description. Alexander always responds promptly and also proactively contacts you regarding arrival/departure and important information. If you want to go to Munich, this is super possible with the S-Bahn, but the bus from the property takes quite a long time to get to the station, which is why we went there by car, as there are free parking spaces at the S-Bahn stop. Otherwise it is a quiet location and we enjoyed it very much:)

Berndt and his wife Gabi were both incredible. They were very considerate of our travel, and even gave us their personal phone numbers in case we got lost or needed any help with anything. Berndt also graciously gave us a ride to the train station on our morning of departure! The surrounding area was beautiful, walkable, and very peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend!

We had a very nice time in Peter's apartment. Peter is very nice and always responded quickly. He even got our little daughter a high chair and a cot. The apartment is very nice, clean, large and modern. There was enough space for 4 adults and a child. The kitchen is super equipped and the Nespresso coffee machine is great, a dishwasher would be desirable. The washing machine is optimal with a small child (a clothes rack would be good). The bedroom in the attic can get very warm, but there is a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back when we go to Munich.

We stayed with Gesa and Christoph for the first time and felt like we were staying with good friends. We didn't miss anything and should something happen (which was not the case), they were always available. The construction trailer was extremely cozy and decorated with a lot of love. In addition to the wood-burning stove, there is even an infrared heater. It was very convenient that things like shower gel, shampoo, vinegar & oil, salt & pepper, coffee and tea were already available. Just like friends. The location near the lake is optimal, and the ducks in the garden have always made us smile. It was a very nice weekend where we could completely switch off.
