Tiny House surrounded by nature

Our Tiny House welcomes you in the heart of nature, at the entrance to our aromatic plant farm, in the middle of a small orchard. Ideally located in the center of the island of Groix, you will enjoy both incredible calm (no road or neighborhood nearby) and the proximity of the village and its shops (1 km) and the coves of the south of the island (1 km). The home was built by us, using natural materials. It is adjacent to the hangar and Julie's herbal tea production garden.

Jardin blanc

Discover the authentic charm of a small outhouse attached to our family home, a former shipowner's house. It is independent and ideally located in the heart of the village with its beams, wooden staircase and vintage charm. Jardin Blanc – because that's its name – is enclosed by a wall made of old stones, with direct access to the garden that we share (each on our side), a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and a cabin overlooking the old walnut tree.

Herring Seagull's Nest

Come and discover and thrive in a small modern Groisillone house with the typical architecture of fishermen's houses. It is a 5 minute walk to the harbor that you can put your suitcases down and start relaxing. The market town is a 5-minute drive in front of the bakery and the Intermarche is even closer. The house is bright and pleasant, you will find in front of a small inner courtyard as well as space for your car if needed.

Charming south-facing house 100 m from the beach!

This south-facing stone house will welcome you with all its comfort and large terrace. You'll just have to go down the street to get to the small beach of Locmaria, a pretty village in the south of the island. You can reach the coastal trails on either side of the village for walks or hikes, go to the splendid beach of Les Grands Sables or enjoy the market and shops in the main village (5/10 minutes by bike).

LA MÉDUSE Cozy Cottage in Ker Port Lay

Small bright and comfortable house, ideal for spending a few days on the island of Groix and disconnecting from everyday life! The small garden that surrounds the cottage as well as its terrace guarantee that you will enjoy every ray of sunshine. The location will allow you to walk throughout your stay. Adjacent to our family home, we are not far away if you need information or an egg for the mayo!

Charming holiday house, recently renovated, very well located, 15 to 20 minutes walk from the village, the port and the beach of port Mélite. 3 beds 140 and a sofa bed. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave...) 35 m2 terrace with garden furniture, armchairs, barbecue. Enclosed garden of 120 m2, 3 meters in front of the house, sunbeds.

"La Manille de Marceau" is a charming wooden house, adjoining our family home. Located on a small dirt road just 100 meters from Port Tudy (boat arrival port). The pretty cove of the Heno coast is just down the house. (2-minute walk) The village is 5 minutes away.

Welcome to "Pokado", our cottage 400 m from Locmaria beach and close to other Groix beaches. With its large garden and access to coastal trails, it's the perfect place to relax. Carefully redecorated, the house offers all the comforts for a relaxing vacation.
