There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, toilet and separate bathroom. Cross-country skiers have a direct access to the cross-country ski trail. The ski resort and center can be reached in 2.5 km by ski bus / taxi. For hikers and cyclists, we are centrally located.

Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden.

Since there is 2.5 km mountain road, snow chains are recommended in winter. It is a very good starting point for numerous hikes. You have magnificent views of the Grossarl ski resort.
