Sie ist für 1 bis maximal 3 Personen ausgelegt und eignet sich z.B. für: Feriengäste, Geschäftsreisende, Dienstreisende, Durchreisende und Pendler. Eine Stromsäule für E–Fahrzeuge und eine Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.

There is a key safe, so you can arrive at any time.

Culturally, the area also has plenty to offer, such as the Schiller city of Marbach, or the Baroque city of Ludwigsburg with its castle.

Just let me know The apartment can be easily reached via the A81 motorway exit Mundelsheim. Shopping is about 500 m away (bakery + Norma). Other markets are available in the neighboring town of Besigheim.
