The apartments are located close to the city centre and the port of Aurich and offer comfortable accommodation for up to three people. The Aurich city center and the bus station are within walking distance within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, the Aurich swimming pool "debaalje" with outdoor pool, sauna landscape & children's play pool and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems- Jade Canal . The mooring of the MS Aurich is located in the immediate vicinity.

Parkplätze sind ausreichend auf dem Grundstück (4 Pkw möglich). Zentrale Lage, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für die Kleinsten sind 2 Hochstühle vorhanden und bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein Kinderreisebett (bitte angeben) aufgestellt werden. (Wenn ein Treppenschutzgitter angebracht werden soll bitte auch angeben)

An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. We have converted part of the barn into a spacious apartment, which is located on the ground floor and has its own access. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
