A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. Our lovingly furnished apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom is located in a historic East Frisian workers' house from 1928. It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and close to nature. Welcome to our charming, small vacation home in Spetzerfehn - idyllically located directly on the Spetzerfehn Canal. The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing holiday for two or with the family. The cozy decor creates a homely atmosphere, while the well-equipped kitchen offers everything for self-catering. From the living room you have an unobstructed view of the approximately 1500 m² garden with terrace.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The bookable

The Buchbar is bookable and is an original Mongolian yurt that stands in a 2000-square-meter natural garden. It immediately takes the guest to another distant world and lets him sleep, as in a palace from 1001 and a night. In the book bar there are approx. 200 picture books for the little guests and a substantial book box for adults to browse, view and read and to borrow.
