Immenstadt is about 2 km (1.2 miles) away and offers shopping options, as well as cafés and restaurants in its historic old town, including Marienplatz. A footpath connects the two places. In both summer and winter, a wide range of sports activities are available: sailing, skiing (ski lifts easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, a summer toboggan run, and much more.
