In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Landhaus liegt ruhig am Feldrand, in der Nähe unseres über 150 Jahre alten Gulfhofes - ideal für Paare oder Freunde,die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit suchen. Nach einem Spaziergang am Deich oder Strand könnt ihr den Abend in der gemütlichen Wohnung oder auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick auf die Felder ausklingen lassen. Die weite Landschaft und die frische Nordseeluft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Inmitten der ostfriesischen Natur zwischen Ländereien, Kanälen und idyllischem Baumbestand verbirgt sich unser Landhaus (Grünhoff’s Landhuus) mit seinem historischen Charme. Das urige Gästehaus (Oll Höhnerhuck) und das großzügige Grundstück laden zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Die unmittelbare Umgebung eignet sich bestens für Erkundungstouren. Ausflüge an die Nordseeküste, in einen der Sielorte oder die Städte Norden, Aurich oder Emden sind mit dem Auto schnell umzusetzen.

Lakeside apartment

We rent a newly furnished 2 room apartment with approx. 55 sqm in Berumbur with upscale equipment. The apartment is quietly located about 5 min/walk from the lake. Supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc. can be reached quickly. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The north is about 10 minutes by car and the north dike about 15 minutes. In the open living and dining area is a modern equipped kitchen free Wi-Fi incl. Towels/bed linen. Minimum stay 2 nights.

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Cozy "Fehnhäuschen" in Störtebeker Land

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
