Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grottammare

Der Vermieter ist gewerblich. Daniel, der sich um das Anwesen kümmert, war aber sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Was uns auch sehr gefreut hat war das Mineralwasser in Glasflaschen, das bereits im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet hat. Die Lage war wirklich besonders schön mit Blick bis zum Meer und in die Berge und sehr ruhig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Mückengitter an den Fenstern waren sehr gut und auch nötig. Wenn man von Mücken bevorzugt wird, sollte man an Mückenabwehrmittel und elektrische Stichheiler denken mitzunehmen. Die Matratzen der Betten waren meinem Mann leider zu hart. Ein optionaler weicher Matratzen Topper könnte da einfache Abhilfe schaffen. Der Garten war groß und alles war sauber gepflegt, aber leider war nicht ein einziger blühender Strauch vorhanden. Ein paar bunte Oleander, einige Lavendel und Rosmarin würden dem leeren Garten wirklich gut tun. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir haben uns gut entspannt. Danke Daniel!

L'host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La casa molto bella. Ha ospitato mio padre e la compagna che si sono trovati benissimo.

Gianluca è un host impeccabile, dal checkin al checkout, è sempre presente se si ha bisogno di lui. L'unica differenza rispetto all'annuncio che il posto auto NON è interno al cortile ma è disponibile (si trova se si cerca bene negli orari giusti) im Via Pola. Tale discrepanza cmq mi è stata immediatamente spiegata molto gentilmente dal Sig. Giancluca perché NON c'è la possibilità, su come è impostato il sito di Airbnb, di inserire l'opzione del parcheggio esistente se non scegliendo l'opzione interno. Cmq posizione favolosa perché si è in centro, attaccati alla stazione, attaccati ad entrambi i lungomare (nord e sud di Civitanova) e alle spiagge libere disponibili oltre ai numerosissimi locali e bagni. Consigliato vivamente. P.s.. Must: colazione sul balconcino esposto a est.

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer großartigen Umgebung. Sehr nah am Meer und mitten im Ortszentrum. Vom Flughafen 20 min mit dem Bus entfernt - sonst sind keine Verkehrsmittel nötig, da alles was man braucht & anschauen möchte (Museen, etc.) fußläufig erreichbar ist. In der Wohnung war alles was wir benötigten an Handtüchern, Bettzeug, Küchenutensilien & gutem WLAN. Eine Empfehlung für alle, die abseits der großen Städte etwas italienischen Flair erleben möchten :)

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

È stato un piacere stare alla casa di Vincenzo e Tracy! Le due sono molto gentili e la casa e incredibile! La cucina e grandissima e le stanze sono aperte e grandissime. Anche in inverno c'è un forno pellet e è molto bello prendere un caffè nel sole alla terrazza o fare un barbecue abbruzzese. Ci vuole una macchina per fare escursioni e spese (per esempio la città di Atri e gli calanchi sono molto belli!). Grazie di tutto!

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

I cannot express enough positive sentiments about Sara and Giacomo. They are exceptionally warm, responsive, and friendly hosts. The house is brand new, modern, and spacious, with every comfort and need thoughtfully anticipated. We were the first guests to stay in this newly finished property and truly enjoyed our time in Le Marche. The house is ideally located on a peaceful, quiet country road, with a view of the ancient city of Osimo in the distance. It is the perfect base for exploring Le Marche, which offers beautiful medieval villages nearby and easy access to the sea. After a long day of exploring, returning to such a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped home was wonderful. Sara was always available and extraordinarily responsive to any questions or requests for recommendations. She is truly delightful. It’s clear that Sara and Giacomo want to create something special, and they have indeed succeeded. I highly recommend staying here.

É stata una esperienza meravigliosa, vivere in una casa bella e autentica! Io e mia famiglia ci siamo trovare molto bene, in casa c’era tutto e di più che ci serviva! Una atmosfera accogliente e la pulizia in altezza! Grazie mille, ci torneremo di sicuro!

Ein wunderhübsches Häuschen, perfekt gelegen, liebevoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber! Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

L'appartamento, situato in un palazzo storico e in pieno centro, è davvero ben curato e realizzato, arredamento di gusto e completo. C'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza problemi, gli spazi sono ampi e ogni stanza era perfettamente pulita. Non c'è l'ascensore per arrivare al secondo piano, ma quando si dimora in un palazzo storico, che deve preservare la sua integrità, è più che normale. Stefano è stato un host preciso, amichevole e proattivo, molto disponibile sia per check in che per informazioni e consigli utili per la zona.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento di Eleonora per una notte. L'attico è molto confortevole e vari servizi sono gestibili comodamente dal tablet. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo potuto usufruire della sauna, dell'area relax con la parete di sale e di una vasta scelta di the e tisane a disposizione. La cucina era perfettamente attrezzata e funzionale. Ambienti curati nei minimi dettagli, abbiamo molto apprezzato la living room in stile giapponese. Perfetto per un weekend di relax.

Accoglienza al top, piccole attenzioni dedicate al cliente assai gradevoli. Casa pulita e in ordine, dotata di tutti i comfort. Prezzo giusti. Ci siamo trovati bene. Zona un po’ periferica ma comunque a pochi passi dal centro di Jesi, che merita di essere visitato.

Francesca est juste extraordinaire 🥰 En plus d’un logement au top du top qui correspond totalement aux photos, Francesca nous a donner beaucoup d’info concernant la ville, les choses à faire et à visiter et surtout à manger également 😋 Merci encore pour votre réactivité pour les messages et pour votre gentillesse. Vous êtes dévouée pour aider vos hôtes et rendre leur vacance paisible. Francesca a tout installé dans l’appartement pour notre petit garçon. Ensuite n’ayant pas la possibilité de rester dans la chambre pour la sieste de notre Loulou car ce magnifique appartement attendait déjà de nouveaux voyageurs, Francesca nous a laisser profiter des ses transats et parasol sur sa plage privé. Quel bonheur de voir son enfant dormir avec le doux son des vagues 🥰 Et la cerise sur le gâteau, Francesca a garder nos valises toute la journée et nous les a amené directement à l’aéroport à l’heure de notre départ. Juste milles merci à vous pour tout! ❤️

Everything was perfect. The apartment is even larger than we thought it would be. It was clean and with lot of little details, which make you feels home. Alessandra was also very helpful and communicative. I would book the flat anytime again

Die Unterkunft ist im Herzen von Francavilla al mare. An der Sirena, dies ist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt dieser am Meer entlanggezogenen Stadt. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt(weicher Sandstrand). Über eine Unterführung (unter den Bahngleisen) gelangt man bequem zum Strand, der Weltbesten Eisdiele "Tennisbar dal Professore" und zu div. Restaurants. Auf Seite der Unterkunft, befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte (es empfiehlt sich das Auto zu nehmen) Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Eckhaus, hochpaterre. Im Großzügigen Eingangsbereich befindet sich die kleine Küche offen zum Wohn- Esszimmer, schön hell und geräumig. Zwei Schlafzimmer gehen rechts davon ab und das Bad links. Von den Schlafzimmerfenster kann man das Meer sehen. Alle Räume habe Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung ist sauber,ordentlich,geräumig, zentral.Kleine "Helfer"wie Wäscheständer, Sonnenschirm und Besen erleichtern die Organisation nach einem schönen Strandtag. Wir danken Elisa für die tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta! La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. La cucina è perfetta, con tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare comodamente. È stato davvero piacevole trovare prodotti essenziali come sale, olio, zucchero e spezie, che hanno reso la mia esperienza ancora più piacevole. Non dover pensare a comprare tutto il necessario per cucinare è stato un vero plus. La posizione è ideale, in una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort e praticità!
