Stayed there multiple times and always. a great experience

Me and my partner spent a week at this Airbnb and we enjoyed staying in there. The place is quiet, the house is just like in the photos, and very comfortable. It’s in a convenient location, only 3 minutes from public transportation, close to Old Town, and with easy access to Washington D.C. I definitely recommend it!

This was my second time staying with Mia, and she was just as hospitable and warm and lovely as the first time! I absolutely recommend staying with Mia if your travels bring you to the National Harbor area--she is a gem! :)

The experience was wonderful at this home. Everything was super clean, peaceful and the owner was extremely helpful. She made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and colleagues.

Charming old home with updated kitchen appliances. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Kitchen has a sturdy table and chairs. Also has a dining area. Lots of comfy furniture to lounge on and watch TV. Comfy bed, pillows & comforters. Plentiful towels. No shampoo & conditioner. Easy level parking. Several new homes nearby, were in the process of building. Home next door seemed near completion. So it started to become noisy around 8 am. You could easily walk to shopping, restaurants and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Walmart & Costco are less than 2 miles away! There is a nature preserve at end of street that you could walk to with your dog. Saw a young deer early morning. The entire apt is on 1st floor. Second level is closed off. The a/c worked very well to keep us cool on a few humid hot days during our visit. Jacqueline was very nice to reach out to us if we needed anything. She allowed us to extend our time if we needed at checkout.

My friends and I booked a night here while attending a concert in the area. Dimitry was very accommodating and the instructions given for checking in and checking out were very clear and easy to understand. Upon entering, the airbnb was very tidy and smelled clean and fresh. Just a heads up: they do have a dog (barks but ultimately uninterested in guests, we had no issues), and you will be able to hear movement from upstairs if the family is home. Also, there is no way to control the thermostat from the Airbnb. These weren’t an issue for us but just wanted to mention it in case it is useful for anyone else. We were highly satisfied with our stay, and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Farqan did a great job as a host. Super responsive, super transparent. The stay was very comfortable, and we had zero issues.

The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

Amy and her place were lovely for our family of 4. With two littles it worked very well and Amy even had toys for us- we also used her provided pack n play and some baby essentials. King Bed was extremely comfy, moderately firm. Shower was very nice. Cozy, comfy, had everything we needed. Amy was very responsive and helpful. We would gladly come back! Thanks Amy!!

Anne is very thorough when checking on a guest. She wants people to feel comfortable and makes sure they understand how to operate the appliances in the home. She has a garden and doesn't mind sharing the fresh herbs and berries in them. Initially, I was bummed about the strict check-out time (out by 8:00 am), but due to a delay in the cleaning service's ability to arrive to clean the place, I was able to check out at 11:00 am. She was responsive to questions or concerns I had. Her home is immaculate! She explained the cleaning/sterilization process, so this is a great place to stay for people who suffer from allergies. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are within walking distance of a few restaurants, a grocery store, and some shops.

Stayed at Erin’s place for a night and wish it was longer! The room is steps away from the restaurant I met with my friends at. It is situated near all that Del Ray and the rest of Alexandria has to offer. In addition, the bed was quite comfortable and the suite itself is quite luxurious.

This is the second time I was at Isabella 's place. We had Annie's place this time. The water view view and the beautifully themed decor are absolutely gorgeous. It's so close to DC and such a lovely getaway. It's in the heart of historic Occuquan surrounded not only by the awesome restaurants but also near the waterfall and park, which is perfect to stroll around after dinner. Thanks, Isabella - for a lovely stay. We look forward to returning.

Quiet, private location with a pet-friendly setup. The space met our needs for a short stay and communication with our host Jad was very responsive throughout our stay. Loved the woods and amazing walking trails! Thanks Jad!

Mid-Century Modern made for a convenient, clean and comfortable stay in Old Town Alexandria. It's a short walk to the waterfront or the Metro with a wide range of restaurants and shops along the way. The unit has a cool 1950's decor and although we only stayed one night, there's plenty of space here to feel comfortable for an extended stay. Tessa was proactive with information and quick to respond. We took advantage of the off-street parking space that was offered for a reasonable fee. It was just a block away in a small lot, with a sign to reserve the spot.

Willie's place was just as pictured- super clean and free of clutter living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue getting into the unit initially (code was not working) but I called Willie and he IMMEDIATELY answered and the issue was resolved in seconds. Location is great, could walk or an easy Uber/Lyft into the city or around the area. Also downtown Arlington has lots of cute shops. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport too! The only negative is that this is a four unit shared "house" and the stairs to get up to the unit, along with being on the top floor (old squeaky floors) it is very difficult to be quiet during the after hours (even with just walking in and getting ready for bed). Other than that, the stay was perfect and just as described! Thank you Willie!

Exactly as advertised. Quiet and convenient.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Nice place to stay. Perfect location. Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria with easy access to public transportation to downtown DC. I would stay there again.

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.
