Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grožnjan

Great apartment in Hum, everything was clean and nicely decorated. Private terrace was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Franko was very welcoming and we even tried his rakija, he makes it on his own. Recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Luka met us at the house where the car park is, drove us the short distance to vIlla Carera and showed us where everything was. The location was perfect - in the old town, lots to see nearby and a small supermarket and pharmacy very close by. The house had everything we could want and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the beautiful garden. Really highly recommend Villa Carera.

Wonderful stay in Piran after a few days in Central Slovenia - apartment was perfect for our group of two couples with room to spare. We especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Would certainly recommend. Sweet seaside town.

We were passing through for 4 nights at Bojana's. We were very nicely received, even the dog Sarah of her parents was happy. The apartment is beautifully furnished, especially the bathroom with the infrared sauna is nice to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bedroom are well equipped, the bed was cozy. In the living room, there is a large fireplace, but only a small couch, so it is not really possible to chill on the sofa for two. Outside there is a small bench and an armchair with a table, a few sun loungers would be even cooler. We had cozy evenings with Sarah (dog) with a picnic blanket. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back :)

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house is not only very large, but also immaculately clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality olive oil and the delicious wines that were available directly on site - a wonderful regional addition! The outdoor area is a real highlight: the garden is beautifully maintained, the pool invites you to relax and the small but very well-equipped gym was perfect for staying active on vacation. The reception was extremely warm – we were greeted very kindly and received many great recommendations for the area. The host was always available and made our stay all around pleasant with his helpfulness. We can highly recommend this house and the hosts and will definitely come back! 🍷🏡

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

Amazing house that offered everything we were looking for. Very beautiful, just like in the photos and super clean. Great host that was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations on what to see and do in the region, where to eat, etc... We've had a great stay! The outdoor pool was a bit cold in May since it's not heated but the sauna and jacuzzi made up for that.

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. Sandra is a wonderful host — warm and thoughtful. She welcomed us with homemade doughnuts and a bottle of wine, which was such a nice gesture after a long drive. Although she doesn't speak perfect English, communication was easy and pleasant throughout our stay. The house is a beautifully restored old villa, full of charm and very well maintained. Everything was spotless. The location is in a quiet, remote village, surrounded by stunning landscapes. It’s incredibly peaceful, ideal for relaxation. The road to the house is narrow but fully paved, and we had no issues getting there. We truly enjoyed our stay and would warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape in nature.
