Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gruissan

Eric and his partner have lovingly restored and built this property set around the ruins of a 12 Century castle. It is astonishingly beautiful. On the roof terrace there is also a small shared pool. We were here out of season, but it was a lovely hot day, so Eric got up early in the morning to open and clean the pool for us. The inside is equally charming and the nights were super cold, but the heating works extremely well. Eric is an artist and also showed us his atelier- really beautiful paintings. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It is authentic with beautiful surroundings and the nicest possible host. I will recommend this to all my friends and would like to return for an extended stay.

🌟 Exceptional stay at Christelle's! We spent a perfect weekend with friends in his beautiful cottage in Cazouls-les-Béziers. The place is ideal for relaxing, in peace, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The setting is peaceful and the pool was a real plus to fully enjoy the sun and relax. Christelle is a caring, discreet and available host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We leave re-energized and with wonderful memories. Thanks again for the welcome and the quality of the place, we will come back with great pleasure!

Pierre's house was beautiful! I stayed with family of six adults. We were greeted by the lovely Michelle who showed us round. The house is perfectly and stylishly kitted out with everything you could need. The pool area was a fantastic place to relax, eat meals, swim and play table tennis! We spent most of our time there when not out exploring the region. Pierre recommended the Vin Bikes wine tasting tour. Highly recommend this. Amazing electric mountain bike tour of the local scenery and vinyards with a local guide, followed by wine tasting with local cheeses under the shade of a large olive tree. It was perfect. The location is great for driving to several iconic historical towns, cities and beaches. Pierre and Michelle were always reachable to answer any questions. Check out was a breeze. Would stay again! Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

A beautiful rugged ambiance with great big pool. Peace and quiet and view. Wonderful hiking and lots of fun trips to make Renaud is a fantastic host. Tips for great restaurants and the nicest beaches. Absolute added value are concert barn where small concerts from jazz to tango to reggae techno are given on Friday and Saturday. Super place to go with some older children. Highly recommended

Beautiful home in a quiet and soothing environment, in the middle of nature, with only close neighbors, pretty donkeys, adorable sheep. We were greeted with a smile, and very pleasant kindness. Our host was attentive and our arrival well prepared. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, very well thought out. It's suitable for a large family as well as a large group of friends. The rooms are very spacious, the bedding very comfortable, and each room has its own bathroom. Everything is nicely decorated. We had a lovely evening in front of the chiminee. We also appreciated the ecological approach to managing the property We recommend the place to lovers of nature and calm.

The property was exactly what we wanted for our 4 week getaway. It was a home from home, comfortable, had all the amenities that we needed for such a long stay. The place was very clean and we were offered a complementary house and pool clean while there too which was arranged for a time convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and the showers warm and powerful. Our host was very responsive with answers to any questions that we had. They increased the temperature of the pool so that it was comfortable for our baby to swim in it and when the weather temperature dropped they were responsive in switching the property from air conditioning to heating. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Olivers place.

Virg’s apartment is spacious, classically French, located on the outskirts of Béziers city centre, and has all the amenities you could need. We stayed here for a week and ate in a few times, plus did some laundry. It’s easy to park on the streets for free nearby. Virg was a fabulous host - she met us for check in and check out, sent us recommendations on where to eat, and responded very quickly to messages. She went above and beyond to overcome the English-French language barrier in-person, and also helped us out finding some lost property within the apartment building. Beziers is a great place to stay - lots to do and eat in the city, and you’re only a 30min drive to beaches and other attractions. We would happily come back to this part of France and would recommend Virg’s apartment to anyone else.

The accommodation that Aurélie provides is a small cozy cocoon in which we had the pleasure of staying in winter. Aurélie is very accommodating, the instructions given very clear and the exchanges pleasant. Thank you so much!

Beautiful place. Great location. The apartment was clean and had beautiful Juliette balconies and an outdoor patio. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Good towels. Walking distance from the old town square. Wish I would have booked a longer stay.

All amenities were available in the accommodation and even more than what you can expect from an Airbnb. ideal for cooking. everything you need to come with a baby and family with children.

Yannick is a friendly host, was always quick to reach. The accommodation was freshly cleaned and corresponded to the description. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. It is located a little outside between Agde and Cape d'Agde. You should have a car. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

Very beautiful house both inside and outside. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Florence was not there, everything is done by phone, very responsive to my questions and very good advice for visits to do around.

Marie-Anne's place was perfect for spending several days with friends!! We were able to enjoy the exteriors (swimming pool, barbecue, ping pong, pétanque...). I really recommend this place to have fun with family or friends. In addition, Marie-Anne is a very friendly person.
