The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of Grünwald near the Grünwald Forest. It can be reached via the shared entrance via a separate staircase to the upper floor. The town center is within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. By tram line 25 from Derbolfinger Platz, you can reach the center of Munich in half an hour. Alternatively, you can also use the nearby S-Bahn station Furth (5 minutes by car).
