Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Our farm, the Unterweckerlerhof, is located at the entrance of St. Magdalena in the valley Gsiesertal, close to our mixed forest. From the balcony you can often watch various wild animals such as deer or hares scurrying out of the forest to graze. Enjoy the impressive chirping of birds while you relax on the lawn at the farm, let the farmers advise you about hiking possibilities or inquire about the numerous ski tour possibilities in the village.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
