Great outdoor space. Was formerly a potters studio. Exceptionally quiet, very thick walls. Clarksville is an eclectic central Austin neighborhood five minutes from downtown. Great neighborhood restaurants, coffee, grocery a block away. Nothing quite like this in Austin.
