Townhouse holiday rentals in Guadalupe River

Hands down, one of the best Airbnb's I’ve stayed at! Both townhouses were super clean and felt practically brand new. The furniture was stylish and comfy, and the beds were awesome. The neighborhood felt really safe—being a block from the main police station definitely helped—and it’s only five minutes from the Riverwalk. Communication was smooth, and all the instructions were super easy to follow. Would 100% stay here again!

Can’t beat the Greenbelt location. Quick walk or hike to Barton Springs, and across the street from Tacodeli and a small market. 10-15 min drive to everything!

Loved this Airbnb! Suzanne was able to accommodate us with just a couple of hours' notice (initial Airbnb did not work out). Her responses were immediate and very friendly!! Her place is a townhouse, but we saw maybe one other person and never heard neighbors through the walls. Everything was very clean, with plentiful towels and great kitchen amenities. I was especially thankful to find a built-in shower seat and handheld shower head in the master bath! It made showering my disabled son so much easier AND he was safe at night because the bedroom he stayed in with me had a child safety handle! He did get up once and I did not hear him until he started trying to get out but could not! The couches are super comfy with plenty of blankets. The beds were comfortable as well! The 2-car garage was amazing to have! I've stayed in almost 30 Airbnb's, and I've never had a garage! Great for ease in getting groceries and luggage in as well as when raining. Thank you Suzanne! We will be back!!

Felipe was a great host! The house was exactly how the description listed it, and he made the arrival and departure instructions very clear. It was close enough to make short drives to places, and I was able to go on some walks while I was there. I would definitely stay again!

It was a great stay, at a good price for what was happening that week in Austin. I was able to arrive safely daily with the Austin Scooters that are easily available everywhere downtown. I felt like I had my own little private transfer waiting for me outside. It had enough blankets. I feel it's good for two people. I was able to do my laundry. The ac/heater made some noise but luckily I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. I was hardly there, only to sleep so it worked for me. It had a great little backyard patio that I didn't even get to use, but maybe someone else can take advantage of.

We had 6 girls stay here for a girls trip and it was amazing! Clean space, nice beds- it was perfect for what we needed. Angel was responsive and detailed, overall a great host!

We enjoyed the stay. Clean and beds were very comfy. It was pretty cold out and downstairs kept pretty cool, so we stayed upstairs most of the time. But loved the townhome.

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. Everything was clean and well appointed. We loved that this house had two full baths and a 1/2 bath. The back yard was a peaceful and private place to enjoy at the end of the day. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Downtown and the airport are both and easy 15 minutes away. The host communicated everything very well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Place was adorable and the individual mini splits for each room keep things cool and comfortable with clear instructions on how to work the units for the best way to keep the areas comfortable. Kitchen & dining areas was very usable and well supplied. Beds were very comfortable and with plenty of towels. The downstairs bedroom was a bonus for us. My mother who only had to walk up the stairs the living area and not to the third floor to sleep, which also its own bathroom and temperature control. I would recommend this place to stay while staying in San Antionio and extremely close to the river walk and St Paul Square.

Great home in great location! Super quiet townhome not far from main street Fredericksburg. Home was clean and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a two-day get-away. Host is a very proactive communicator and check-in is simple. We had zero issues with the home and would gladly choose it again if ever back in Fredericksburg.

This was perfect for our needs while visiting family. The comfy beds, nice towels, and full sized body wash/shampoo/conditioner were a big plus for me. The host is responsive and very accommodating!

This place was amazing! Spotlessly clean with plenty of space for our entire group. The location is perfect - close to downtown and the Pearl district with lots of restaurants, shops, and parks within easy walking distance. The owners were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely book again!

Spent a fantastic week here. The place is immaculate with outstanding furnishings and decorative touches. We had several local friends stop by and everyone asked for the listing so that they could recommend it in the future. Excellent location just outside the downtown with fantastic restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Communication was clear and timely. Would not think of staying anywhere else in the Austin area for future trips.

This 3-bedroom Airbnb was perfect for my family including my 8 month old nephew. Olena was easy to communicate with and even had a crib and high chair ready for us to use. Checking in was easy, the house was spacious for 4 adults, and the convenience of having a garage was also nice. The neighbors seemed friendly too - one came to introduce themselves! The location was great as it was close to the airport and getting onto the 410 loop.

Meredith's place met our needs perfectly. Just off Congress Avenue, it's located in the heart of Austin's fun and varied shopping district and is in walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and bars. There is loads of space inside the property for two couples, and an open floor plan that makes it easy to relax, socialize, or sit outside on the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Meredith was available at all times and made it easy to check in and out. This spacious and well-equipped spot was so much better than an impersonal hotel! I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Austin experience.

This was a great place to visit with family. We were able to cook and there were plenty of seats for everyone. Glenda was a fantastic host & she communicated promptly and thoroughly. We would definitely stay here again!
