we stayed for the second time. excellent house, very good place,for those with a child can be carefree. space of the house very cozy and with plenty of privacy. bedrooms towels all very well organized and clean, all rooms with air conditioning. concerteza we will come back more often. super recommend

Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for choosing the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new and good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

Very well organized house, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The only thing that was lacking was that the house has a very strong mold, the house is very humid and the bedding smells like mold, other than that Christian was very attentive. If it doesn't smell like mold, I'll come back more often

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with a set of bed and bath, clean and new. Large and comfortable bathrooms, with hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which greatly facilitated our tours. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

Quiet place for a couple alone or with a child. Beautiful landscapes, close to great beaches, in the midst of nature and with what is necessary to make yourself comfortable. Familia super cozy and without any inconvenience. I recommend it!

My stay at Flávio's place was simply excellent! The apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy, providing an even better experience in Guarapari. The location is great, very close to the beaches of Morro, Adventista and Três Praias. The environment is peaceful, ideal for resting and enjoying all that the city has to offer. I was 100% satisfied and I totally recommend it. Come back again for sure!

great apartment, with everything you need, stove, refrigerator, etc., comfortable beds, internet, TV. Very well located near bakeries, restaurants, supermarket. Step out of the apartment and you're already on the beach, we only take the car out of the garage to visit more distant places. Mauro was attentive, always answering all our questions.

The apartment is great for a stay on this quiet Guarapari beach. The description and photos show everything of the apartment. We went in 4 people and we were very comfortable in the place. The kitchen is well equipped I try the vast majority of the necessary utensils (it did not have an Airfryer, but this did not hinder our plans). Otherwise, everything is great and useful. The rooms are of good size and the living room is very spacious. It has internet and SmartTV as well as a wonderful view. The check-in and check-out took place quietly. The gatekeepers of the buildings are gentle and helpful. I recommend to everyone the apartment and the beaches that are close to it.

We love hosting! The apartment is comfortable, very functional and is in a wonderful condominium. Marisa was super gentle, relaxed check-in and checkout, and communicated with us promptly. We will certainly return at other times.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

cristiane's apartment is very good, great location, close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant. This is the second time we have stayed there and we will stay other times if we go to Guarapari . Cristiane was very solicitous in everything . It is well worth staying there. Only compliments.

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
