Holiday rentals with beach access in Guaratuba

You can rent a quiet house without fear, a 100% host who answers everything at the time you ask, clears up all your doubts, we arrived at 11:00 pm and there was a burned-out light bulb... we just mentioned it and the host already asked to come change it right away... first time renting through Airbnb but look without comments I didn't regret it even for a minute... 100 points... Very Nice Apartament! The location its great, around 600m to the beach, and in front a supermarket. The place it is amazing, have a lot of space, very clean, cozy, and acomodated 12 persons very well. It has 2 parking spots, but in the street are other parking available, with no further problems. Regina was great host, and keep the comunication easy and quick.

All within expected. Communication with Guilherme is very good, he responds quickly and is very helpful. Clean and fragrant house, good location for those who want peace and quiet because it is a calm place with few neighbors. It's well worth it!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, new place, with impeccable cleanliness, wonderful bed and bedding, Sol and her mother are extremely helpful, respond quickly to messages and are always ready to help. the house near the beach, well organized, clean, but it has to take everything of hygiene and cleanliness, MT good pool, the money has tick so be careful with the pets, my dog did not even come out in front of the house and came back full of tick, but it was all quiet.

We love the stay, home as per the announcement, very cozy extremely warm pool, wonderful ocean view. Super receptive host helped in everything we need, if we felt at home.

Apartment served us perfectly! Well cozy, clean, had everything we needed, size of the barbecue served us well and 2 high image quality TVs. None of those 20" tube TVs. Excellent Internet. Well decorated. I recommend it!

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is on the edge of the beach itself. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.
